Absolutely astonishing spot for camping. Having lake Arragan on the premises is a huge benefit. It's warm to swim in, calm waters are excellent for taking SUPs out. Overall great experience!

Loved our stay here. We only stayed one night, would of loved to stay longer however it was booked out. The campground and sites were well signed, we stayed on site 32, large site with a picnic table fire pit. We were right by a beach access. Lots of wildlife around. Was specail to see kangaroos on the beach. The grounds are well maintained. We had a worker come by in the afternoon to check everyone's booking.

Beautiful visual camping with good basic facilities including limited drinking water, bins toilets fire places and afew picnic tables. All very close to beach or lake. Heaps kangaroos and some rare birds (ground parrot and southern emu wrens)

Stunning spot with the ocean, lake and cliffs. Great for whale watching and getting up close to a kangaroo. Brooms Head a short drive away and local firewood for sale along the road in.

Beatiful campsite with sites on the lake or the beach. Possibility to fill up fresh water but no showers and only pit toilets. Book through Natonal Parks

Fantastic spot, long drops were very clean and well looked after, was able to get drinking water up by the entrance. Very close to the beach and lake (which was perfect for the kids to swim/fish)
Only downside is the designated camping spots are very small (max one decent size tent per site) they’re also very close together so not much privacy. Curfew is also 9:30pm, so had to keep it relatively quiet, which wasn’t such a bad thing.

Great location with heaps of wildlife. Most sites have no ocean views but a few have, namely sites 40 and 41 but 5 min walk to loos. Great walk to Brooms Head for a coffee. Cost of $12 pp is steep for only the odd toilet but what really hurts is the double charge, another $8\ day per car! Rangers were friendly and have clearly been attempting to upgrade some sites.

Safe Camp sites, Friendly Natural Bushland Camping Enviroment. Quiet with waves crashing down in the distance. Dirty stagnant, safe, swimable water at the time, rain has flushed it since. Cool breezes and generally loads of shaded area's! Great area to Camp for a night or more!
It's a distance to the toilet. Water was a bit slow out the wash up tap. Drinking water on the side of the road tap as you drive in! Excellent Stay! Easily stay for a couple weeks!

Recycling station near abolutions blocks. Wake up to kangaroos beside your tent. Rangers /camping supervisors come through at least 2 x daily.

One of the most beautiful camp grounds we stayed in Australia! No water or power, basic composting toilets. But breathraking view and tons of kangooroos keeping you company.

Lovely grassy campground, less than 50m walk to beach. Saw dolphins and whales less than 100m from the shore. Easy 2WD access. Water swimmable even in mid-July.

Utterly beautiful camping spot. Probably my favourite from my Australian camping tour. Beach is super secluded and private. Fantastic little pitch facilities at a very very reasonable price.
