Staff very helpful and know Banking always can answer questions I have asked.Nice atmosphere in this branch.Staff aware sometimes customers have long wait and they always say :" sorry for the wait " makes customers feel they are cared about.

only 1 ATM machine , I find very strange? when ever I need to get cash out quickly, always seems to be a wait for a ATM!!! Please get another machine?
Inside really needs to be tarted up.

I must say Edmund was very professional and helpful with all information and time needed to get loan approval to purchase a new home. I was very happy with him and would recommend him to others.

Needed manager service to authorise to make a large building payment and this could not be done online. Manager on a course and away and no relief manager on-site. Directed to Brighton and trying to achieve this business transaction during a 1 hour lunch break. Went to Brighton with no success as 5 customers in front of me requiring lengthy banking conversations with 2 tellers and the first 2 customers taking over 15 minutes each.
Oh well, tomorrow is another day so let’s try another bank during my lunch break.
But I left a bit disillusioned of lack of staff and no manger on site. It shouldn’t have to be this difficult.

So the saga continues the following day and manager not on duty again.

This is quite annoying to say the least.

It's heavily understaffed so be prepared to wait a long time.

The staff that are around... they try, sort of.

Some are apathetic and look like they've given up on life.

The ones who do try to help feel largely incompetent or aren't trained well in NAB's products or systems. This makes everything take longer.

At least there's parking.

2 deposit ATM's. One was not accepting any deposits, the one that was working would only accept the old 50 notes 2 at a time. Went to middle Brighton, ATM accepted all notes in a single go. Fix your equipement at Bentleigh NAB.

I just experienced appalling service from Dina ( Teller ) and the Manager. A formal complaint has been made with my Business Banker and the Ombudsman. This branch and the staff excluding Tina (who is good) lack any customer service. Lack of communication, poor listening and responding skills. Rude, confrontational, women, who lack decency and the ability to explain procedure. I was just told by Dina ' I don't have to explain anything to you. Rude disgraceful service, if you can call it that. Second in place in Gina! These women must be fired.

Look up my details through Bentleigh Branch arrived 215pm walking out front door at at 430pm on 14-01-22 spoke with Dana !

Really poor service !
Customer counter Lady with the several arm tattoos needs a refresher lesson in customer service.
Whole room was empty and yet we waited 45 minutes just to get served so that I could register a new employee to access our business account !

Updated Correction edit!
It has now taken over 2hrs to get out of the branch resulting in me getting a parking ticket of $182.
Please call me regarding this ticket
I have been a loyal NAB CUSTOMER for over 15yrs and now this!
Reimburse the ticket as good will or loose yet another customer! 🤷‍♂.

Appalling treatment of myself and other customers observed. Very unprofessional and rude abrupt responses particularly to older customers observed. And despite multiple poor reviews here nothing is being done to rectify issues! Avoid this Branch at all costs. Shame NAB shame.

We went to this branch on 2nd August (3:55pm) to cancle the bank card and wanted to place a new card. There was 1 indian lady at reception counter with unfriendly face and service. She told us the card had been stopped and a new card would come within 5 business days. Well... we waited until today is 9 days, finally we made a call to the bank and found out the card still useable, mean that lady didnt placed another card for us at all. It waisted time, inconvenience. Such a worst service ever. Waited for 9 days for nothing.

Chronically understaffed. Existing staff lazy and unfriendly. Some staff walk around chatting to each other and ignoring customers. Many tellers habitually engage in small-talk banter with customer being served blissfully unaware or uncaring of the long queue of other customers waiting to be served. Branch manager nowhere to be seen and obviously not managing staff.

I spent four weeks talking to and corresponding with staff to clarify their policy and fees regarding an international transaction. Nobody in the branch seems to be competent with their policies or where to go to find the information, and all of the national phone lines tell you to go into the branch for the best face-to-face service. Absolute bullshit.

Should be 0 stars. Currently standing in line (35 minutes so far). Only 1 customer has been served, while 6 staff members are standing around laughing and chatting.....wish I got paid to do nothing
