BWS Bentleigh

I made an online order 24/7/2022 via the BWS app and small error was made, the wrong type wine was sent (very similar label, easy mistake to make). I didn't realise until hours later, so I phoned the number via the app and the team were very helpful and arranged a replacement and had the correct item delivered ASAP. No fuss, no drama and all for a cheap product. The team at Bentleigh even included a hand-written apology. First class customer service and so easy to sort out with a local contact center. Outstanding digital customer service between the contact center and store, 10/10. Please send this review to your area manager, I couldn't be happier with service I received tonight. This transaction wasn't a big deal and probably resulted in a net loss but it's a brilliant example of how customer service should work in 2022 and I'm very impressed. I will happily return this level of service via repeat business and advocacy.
