Receptionist is useless - and that’s being polite. Was told by the doctor to ring when my script ran out, I called this morning and asked to be called for a new script to be told “he will finish with this client and call you” called again “he will call at 3pm” called at 5pm - “doctor is finished sorry”

I asked when he will call me “ahhh maybe Saturday” this receptionist didn’t even know where the doctor was working tomorrow or Friday and was just trying to get me off the phone.

Disgusting customer service and the reviews show it.

Would give it 0 starts if I could. Had an appointment scheduled for 1pm, I got there 15mins early at 12:45pm. At 1:05pm I asked if it was going to be much longer and the receptionist advised she couldn’t give me a timeframe. Patient that was inside walked out at 1:10pm, only for another patient to get called in front of me. She then advised the doctor was running late by 1 hour and 20mins and didn’t have a timeframe to see me because some patients may take longer than one hour. I stated I could’ve been advised over the phone and she said the system was down when I had just watched her do things in the system while I waited for 30mins for no reason, as I walked out and refused to wait another 1 hour and 20 mins minimum. Do not recommend.

I contacted Dr Philips office to make an appointment as I was in mental distress.
I was greeted by the secretary with before we can see you, you must come in and leave a $100 deposit and fill out some forms. Then I was told it would be a 6-8 week wait before I would be seen. I felt my anxiety levels rise and also had an empty feeling. I replied with I’m in a bit of a mess at the moment, is there anything that can be done. A reply of NO came through the phone.
I hung up feeling 100% worse then before the call. I could not believe the lack of sympathy or understanding coming from this place that is apparently there to help and assist people at their lowest. There was no kind words, or letting me down gently. The was no advise or recommending any alternative. I am great full I have other means of support. But for others It may have been the last call they made.
Very disappointed.

I've been referred to this doctor by my GP. It's been almost a month and I have called his office in Campbelltown and Bankstown a million times. The former does not answer, the latter occasionally is answered by very rude staff, and to add salt to the injury, he is never there. Literally every time I call they are like "He is not here so we can't make a booking"

I have tried for 2 weeks to contact this doctor. Bankstown phone does not get answred. Campbelltown phone does not get answered. I rang the 'new' Liverpool surgery and got abused by the reception staff. For a doctor treating patients with mental health issues this is not satisfactory.

I've been referred here seen almost 5 weeks ago still waiting on letter to get sent gp called over and over again wish I seen someone else...

I brought my client over there and he saw him, I requested a note from him to send it to his Gp many times, I sent emails many times even I said I can pay for the note but I didn’t get any help nor from the secretary nor from Dr Phillip

Receptionist is literally just straight up rude and abusive, impossible to contact, tries to charge $350 for a script re-issue 💀💀

Do not go here, if you’ve been referred, go somewhere else, trust me 🤣🤣
