Beautiful old style local theatre, great atmosphere. Clean environment.
Not like the hustle and bustle of multiplex cinemas that feel like the Boxing day sales.

I love this cinema. Fantastic film selection and film festivals from around the world. Beautiful decor and the most helpful staff. Plush comfortable seating, large screens.

I saw the Opera Turandot. They have wonderful Opera Ballet and Theatre screenings. Cinemas great staff friendly and efficient. I have booked again on phone and got great service.

Classier, and know reasonably priced than the big chains. More of the cool, classical cinema experience

We had a great day viewing the Italian Film festival, enjoyed the film, and even had a few campari & sodas while watching the movie

Excellent venue for a private screening birthday party, very affordable compared to other cinema chains and great location with parking. Kate, with the events team made the whole booking process so easy and the venue staff were so helpful and friendly.

It was an experience, never been to a cinema that small. It was intimate as someone said. Audio was good. The Mrs loved the options avail on her wine glass but stuck to standard serve.

Such a civilised way to watch a movie and comfy seats

I loved it so much here! Such a beautiful cinema with amazing people. The food and services are pretty good. My only cons are that the seats are quite low, so difficult for small people and children to see over the chairs, and there arent any parking for cinema goers.

Great place to see art house movies. They have all the usual movie goodies such as pop corn, choc tops, but also other goodies like wine, espresso martini, coffee and more.

Homely, comfy velvet seating, deco luxe chairs have a drink and food. The Palace Theatre is wonderful place to watch movies & acoustics sound was perfect.

Delightfully cosy, great to go early & catch up with friends for a relaxed drink. Staff were wonderfully helpful with my elderly friend requiring extra help.

Booked the movies on a Saturday evening with a girlfriend and we were blown away by this beautiful cinema. The cinema was located in Brighton and was pretty easy to find parking. There was a 2 hour park house nearby. The seats were really comfy and there was a great range of snacks at the candy bar. Loved the experience and look forward to seeing another movie there in the future.

Super comfy and nice atmosphere

One of only a few cinemas in Melbourne where you can still watch really good movies. It's also been one of the host cinemas for French film festival for many years.
In addition, you can get a great coffee, mainly thanks to Deanna and her love for coffee 😊

It's been one of my favourite places to visit, and it will continue to be!
