Vinnies North Parramatta

A big thrift store compared to other Vinnies.
Variety of household items, clothes, toys, accessories, shoes are available.
Staff is really nice and welcoming.
I can literally spend an hour or two browsing

The lovely lady in the front Aleesha guided me to the men's section. Also she told me the certain areas where everything is. Definitely well organised with the clothing, and bric a brac areas.

I am also loving the Valentine's day setup! Well done, can't wait to come back.

Handy location and an easy drive through for vehicle access. Staff are very friendly and pleasant too.
A very handy place to find and buy useful everyday items at modest prices.

Been going to op shops since day I have been born and this organisation and sections was amazing.
Colour coordinated and dvds in alphabetical order. The staff and boss have a very well put together shop!!

Due to moving o/s soon I've recently had to say hooroo to a range of household goods and personal belongings, that still have a useful life left, just not with me. In the sorting & packing up process there have been numerous visits to this shop and I was sure they were going to ban me! Even with items I wasn't sure they'd accept, the staff & volunteers were always helpful - unlike their neighbour's around the corner, who made me feel like I was dumping.

Have been coming here for a year and my little boy loves this place. It’s a large store, neat and tidy, they have so much variety of stuff and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Shout out to lovely Alisha- this lady goes beyond her duties and services.
We were looking for a Christmas tree last year and at that time they had not put the trees out yet however when Alisha heard that it was going to be our first tree she made the trees available to us and allowed us to choose one.

Another time we were in the store looking for trucks and books as usual. My little boy really liked this particular truck but the price was a bit high for me. When we got to the till, there were two staff members and I asked about the price of the truck. Surprisingly, Alisha offered me a fair and reasonable discount and as I result I purchased the truck.

The store is beautifully laid out, parking is easy. The staff are super friendly and everything on offer is great. Good selection of clothes, glassware and jewellery :)

A large store by any standards and a few staff manage to keep it neat and organised. They are always willing to help and the range of goods is excellent. This is charity on the front line. It's not Myers; it's not even for profit. All proceeds fund people in need. Vinnies and their staff need community support for the good work they do. Drop in, have a look around, give the staff a thumbs up. They are doing a great job.

I have never left this store, disappointed. Got the most gorgeous antique wardrobe for only $25! Such kind and helpful staff. I highly recommend :)

Fantastic! After interacting with quite rude and dismissive staff whilst donating at another charity I decided to try Vinnies in North Parramatta back in April. I have gone back 5 or 6 times since. I have only interacted with Ashika (manager)and Neil- a lovely gentleman at the donations area, but they have always been helpful, friendly and very kind. Ashika always has a smile on her face and is happy to help and Neil is very cheerful and doesn't mind a friendly chat! Great customer service and a great cause. Thank you and will continue to donate here :)

I had such a great experience at Vinnies - I was served by a lovely person named Alicia. She was so helpful, and brings a sense of positivity to the stores environment. The store was so well organized !

The shop is changing all the time. Lately, it is streamlined for easy strolling through the warehouse like shop. Furniture, bric-a-brac, manchester, clothing, books and much more. So many opportunities to find what you need or never knew you needed. Places like this offer the chance to give back. Their staff are busy so please be patient as they welcome your enquiries. See staff before you drop off any donations.

Popped in here today to do a large donation, the team were so lovely and helpful and showed us exactly we’re to our things. Had a look in store and they have some amazing options! 5 star customer service 😊

We were hoping to donate some books and whilst they were not officially accepting any further book donations for the day, Alicia was kind enough to take our 3 boxes.

I had the most lovely experience dropping off my donations to North Parramatta Vinnies. The staff were energetic and helpful going as far as to assist me in tans feeding my donations from my suitcase to the trolley. The whole experience was seamless and so easy!

I am a somewhat of a regular here and I have had nothing but positive experiences at this op shop. The staff very friendly, they really make an effort to chat. The store is very tidy and well organised too- probably one of the best I've been to. There's also always a lot to choose from as the store is quite large. I highly recommend this store to all the op-shop lovers out there.

The delightful people that work at this outlet are always cheerful. One lady there is quite the rock and roller and is keen on ACDC! In stock are lots of decent goods, but the staff are so incredible!

Went and dropped off some donations here today and it was so easy. You can drive right in up to the donation area. So convienient and efficient. The ladies who took my donations were very helpful and friendly. Didnt get time to shop around inside but definately will next time when I go back. Thanks for your help
