Bennett Springs Fish and Chips and Burmese cuisine

The fresh Chinese donuts that they called ( EeKyarKway) with the Burmese tea is just Wowwww. I came here all the way from Thornlie just for that. The price is reasonable and worth to having fresh dishes. They only charge 8$ for the food. I think they should increase a little bit more. I know I am bit strange as a customer who asked the restaurant to increase their price. The customer service is excellent. The owner and his wife is so friendly and put every effort in whatever they are doing! The location is great as well. We tried fish and chips and fish burger as well. They were good too. They somehow messed up with the order because of the peak hours and all the customers order a lot. It’s understandable for the new restaurant owner.
Overall everything is awesome.

Popped by for some fish and chips but was blown away with an awesome new menu!

Loaded fries and delicious desserts! And I loved the idea of the battered fish bites for kids meal and loaded fries.. amazing!

Highly recommend this place if you want something a bit extra than fish and chips

Ordered the fish and chips for 1 for $11.90. Great portion sizing. The chips were lovely and fresh and kept their crunch to the very end. Two decent size pieces of fish that wasn’t greasy at all. The batter was lovely and crisp. This is now our go to fish and chip shop. Keep up the great work guys.

The fish and chips were delicious and serving size was more than adequate. Bartered Squid rings were absolutely amazing. Awesome job guys. Definitely coming back.

Such good fish & chips! My mum ate here recently with my son and mentioned how good it was so I took myself tonight despite it not being my local. I agree. Perfectly cooked in my opinion and I ordered when I got there and it was ready within minutes. Great service great food.

Honestly the BEST fish and chips there is around! The batter is amazing, the chips portions are huge… I can’t forget to mention my most fav item on the menu… the FRIED BANANA!!!!! Melts in your mouth goodness! Please don’t go by previous reviews. These are friendly NEW owners who have taken over only this year 2023 and are doing wonders especially that fried banana 🤤

This place is great! Atmosphere is very chill and the staff is also really friendly. Food is excellent, portion size was amazing. Had the fish and chips, had to be one of the best i’ve ever had. Their prices were fantastic making it 100% worth it. Will definitely go back, highly recommended!!

Just popped by for a quick meal and was very happy! Generous serving, fresh and the batter was light and not oily. Definitely will be my go to for F&C’s from now on

We ordered a meal for 2 last night. It was really, really good. The fish was thick and fresh. Chips were cooked in fresh oil and the cinnamon pineapple rings were delicious!!!!
We had dinner and left overs for lunch just then...
Well done! We will be back!

One of the best fish burgers I have ever had. 6 dollars of chips is way more than enough for a family of 4 for dinner and lunch the next day. The winning factor has to be the fantastic service I walked through the door to a hello from all 3 staff members, everything was placed in a box for easy moving.

Had Bennett Springs Fish and Chips last night for the first time since taking over Nicks fish and chips and i must say that was the best fish and chips i think ive ever had. The snapper was actually snapper it was juicy not dry everything was in great portion sizes. Bennett Springs Fish and Chips 10/10

This shop is under new management now and I must say it is so much better than the previous ownership and that is not even a fair comparison 😊!!! Seafood are all fresh, chips crunchy and the portion sizes are decent! I would recommend giving this friendly family business a try!
