Can't say enough about the experience we had with Megan and the team at first national. From the initial virtual inspection through to settlement day we were kept updated and it made it very easy being 500km away. We were so happy with the service we received after 3 days of ownership we asked them to handle the place as a rental until we are ready to move. Excellent service from Megan Hill. Wish all agents were this communitive. Had some dramas with our useless mortgage broker. Megan supported us in our downtimes and literally maintained our sanity.

Good property managers - always looked after us and listened. When it came time to sell, Megan was fantastic. We really didn't expect the process to be quite so easy, and quick. Megan patiently answered our many questions and kept us informed every step of the way.

With the changing of the name and Management, First National were fantastic, 2 yrs in a rental and all requests were attended in full, the staff were pleasant, kind and inspections were a dream. I had a large dog whom at first may have been an issue but Debbie was professional in her approach. Administration staff were helpful and tended to tennants request. Repairs were dealt with abruptly, on time and completed by competent Trades personnel.

We recently bought our new home through Megan at First National Copper Coast. Megan was 15 out of 10!!! She really made the process so easy and kept us up to date with every step. It was a smooth transaction not only to purchase the property but also for them to continue managing the property as a rental until the end of the then current tenant lease.

Robyn and the team at Harcourts have looked after my property in Kadina for the past 10 years and have just sold it for me. As I live in WA it was important for me to be able to trust them to deal with any issues and find me reliable tenants. They have always maintained good communication and dealt with any problems promptly. I would have no hesitation recommending them.

Relocating to Kadina without a rental history proved to be a challenging experience until we met Robyn. Robyn was upfront with us, and made it clear what her expectations of us as tennants was. We are extremely appreciative of what Robyn and her team have done for us in our relocation - including keeping us in mind for another house - which when one came up, we were given a call, and transitioned easily from one rental to another.
Honesty with the team at Harcourts Copper Coast has worked really well for us, to the point we were up front about damage caused by our dog, and we were able to get it repaired without fear of punishment. Robyn and her team work well for their tennants, and they have multiple awards on show to support their approach to business.

As a new property owner and my first time renting my property, business owner Megan and her team at first national CC have been super helpful in explaining everything, so i can fully understand before singing my contract and have been fantastic for managing my property.

The online maintance manager is easy & efficient to use. If there is a issue it is dealt with promptly & professionally. I locked myself out the house one weekend & Robyn came into the office on her day off specifically to give me the spare set.
