Drakes Wallaroo

For a country town this is a great supermarket with everything you need. Prices were competitive too and the staff were very friendly. Lots of car parks available and close to other shops and cafes.

I love Drake's. They help so many charities and have a huge range which is different to other supermarkets so a nice change.
It's not Drake's doing but could someone please attend to the trees in the general carpark that have the spikes left in them which is unnecessary and lazy by the groundskeeperes.

So it's been 2 years since I've been to the strikes. It's still one of the best supermarkets in the country.
Thanks to the young lady in the butcher shop, she was an absolute delight and also the lady that was kind enough to go out and get me some fresh doughnuts.
Or travel full time. And I'm in a different supermarket every week but drake's at Wallaroo. That's my favourite one.

All the customer service operators are truly lovely, they are all extremely helpful. Foodland usually has everything that you need, the shelves are usually full, but if you can't find something the wonderful staff are more than happy to help you find what you need. They will also help to the car if you need it.

It's a Drake's. What more can I say?
Not local to me, but a special treat to shop there. Excellent range of products, certainly better than our local "Big Two". Notwithstanding their prices are typically a bit higher, we bagged a few "reduced for quick sale" (our favourite product) including a half-priced dozen oysters, so today's lunch was a bit special. 😄

Drakes stores never cease to amaze me with the range they carry. Their stores are smaller in size compared to Woolies or Coles, but they have so much more variety at reasonable prices.

I was super impressed with this store while we were shopping getting ready for the 6 day lock down! The staff were friendly and the female police officer walking the store was great as well. They still had a good stock supply.

Full supermarket in the middle of a small country town.
I was pleasantly surprised by this, as I expected a small store with only the most basic of items. The range avalible was astounding and I was very pleased with the reasonable prices. There was also a great deal of items on special too.
The delicatessen had a impressive variety, including standard delicatessen items, such as meats, cheeses ect, but also pies, quiche, rolls, sandwiches, ready made salads and salads made to order.
The store attendant was friendly and we'll mannered, and let me feeling confident, that they would do their job to the best of their ability.

Excellent variety of products and perishables. Prices are a little too high to do a big shop but I will often get items the other supermarkets don't stock. Staff are extremely approachable going out of there way to help.
