Salisbury Community Hub Library

The Salisbury Community Hub Library has a variety of books and DVDs/Blu-Ray (Movies and Games). From genres of cooking, language and more, even anime. All this ready to be explored and/or borrowed. Also there are exhibitions and Lego. The community hub also has a variety of services running there, like the JP. Clean and maintained. 👍

So much to do for the kids here with games, books and fun areas for activity.

Fantastic library and community hub. Very well set out and accessible. They have a friendly greeter at the door so you can easily ask where to find something. Great talks which are well organised and very interesting and provided for free which not all libraries do.

Great place to spend an hour or 2 with the kids. Lego tables, chess and these cute dog/horse ride ons. Plus books too.

Have been in here quite a number of times and really enjoy the atmosphere, open space, friendly staff and a wide range of items they have here.

It's a beautiful community space with art gallery, library, study stations, desks and rooms available. There are also tables outside on the balcony which is perfect for a luncheon or solo study session with some fresh air. There is a very helpful greeter who has a wealth of knowledge and can point you in the right direction. The spaces are lovely and multi purpose

Excellent new purpose built library still looks good after a few years. It's the glue that sticks Salisbury community together as part of the network of South Australian libraries. Books, DVDs, kids games, community programs, and more; friendly helpful staff including security. They do a great job.

This place is amazing. I come here almost everyday with my brother to study. Its so cool and quiet like it should be because it's a library. And the quiet rooms are great because if you want to study you can go there. On the first floor there is a cafe selling things like coffee, thickshakes, cookies and more. I love this place very much and I wish I could come everyday definitely recommend this place🙂🙂

A review for the giggle time children's program
Kelly the group leader is fantastic with the children, it has been a popular session thanks to her! Its a great program for parents with young children. A literacy based group which is beneficial for children and an opportunity for parents to get out in the community and socialise!

Love the community hub! Its an excellent place to take kids. They have a children's section with a place to play. Ipads children can play and watch on. Great collection of books. Second story has a beautiful outdoor seating arrangement. Great place to relax with a coffee from the library cafe. There are smaller rooms that can be booked as well. The entrance has a huge screen and a small play area for the kids. It is on the same street as the bakery, bank, fruit and veg shops and so much more!

Good place to sit quietly and do your work. Wonderful infrastructure created in this part of our town. Being new to the area, enjoyed meeting couple of nice community members.

Quiet atmosphere, and helpful staff

What a fantastic place to find! A great all round community facility with
special mention to the cafe....great coffee and banana bread, and an owner/barista who was a most pleasant and obliging person. Happy to return here anytime.

Amazing place and very modern yet cosy. Has a very nice vibe from queit rooms to a cafe selling cookies, donuts and more. I come here every day to do homework and finally found a book i have looked for for 2 years now - couldn't find it in any other library!!
Definitely recommend going here and very comfy!!☺☺

The Best Library Service in S.A.
Amazing Range of materials to borrow : Books, Paperback Hardback, Large Print, e-books, DVD, Blu-Ray, C.D. Audiobooks, Audiotapes, Audio discs, Magazines & Newspapers plus Computers, a Justice of the Peace, Historical society & full service facilities & self serve checkouts. Comfortable & clean. Can't wait for the next facility to open soon. So excited. I have been a member for over 40 years!
The Staff are happy & friendly & always willing to help with a smile on their faces and they really know their stock, all the popular authors, series & books and know all the best resources to find anything you require. Thanks Len Beadell Staff, please keep up the great work you do for the community & Writer Week each year is full of fun activities for all ages.Not too mention the great school holidays programs.

comfy atmosphere, the children's area is really sweet and they have a good selection of comics.

is decorated for comfort so you feel right at home, but also curious to explore. the air con is a treat.

Such a nice open space Library and the staff are just so helpful. The JP service is very handy and lovely man we saw was so good that we were able to get everything done that we wanted to do.

Lovely cosy local library. Good range and facilities, you can pop in to check out a book or stay there for hours reading or working on your laptop. Service is generally good, although there are a couple of staff members that can be short with you. Also have a justice of the peace on-site.

I went to a Royal Aeronautical Society meeting held in the Salisbury Community Hub. I was pleasantly surprised as not only is it well decorated, comfortable and ideal for meetings but, as they incorporate the Len Beadell Library, they actually do still have books! I'd heard a rumour that, as a state of the art information centre, books wouldn't be part of their collection. I suggest visitors to Salisbury visit The Hub - It's enlightening!

Good selection of reading material, dvds and audio books. Public use computers, self checkout and computer console. Large meeting room with frequent activities, local history room and adjacent room at the front for board games and snacks.
