What a heartwarming and welcoming family business. Brings back memories from the past when everybody knew your name. Friendly service, had all my analogue watch batteries replaced and bands repaired. Highly recommend.

I was very satisfied from their job replacing batteries and checking a few of my watches. They gave me a report about each watch, which included some details like the date the battery was replaced there last time. Very friendly team, professional manner, and good service.

Took in my Grandfather's 50 year old mechanical, hand wound watch that had seen better days and they did a fantastic job servicing and cleaning it up (even replaced the worn crown). Very reasonable cost and the watch runs brilliantly now (and keeps great time). My mum was thrilled to receive her father's watch, restored back to life, as a present, so thank you very much. Would not hesitate to bring any of my automatic watches in for a service in future.

I went there to repair two watches. One was crazily gaining time, and the other was damage due to an accidental fall. Mr. Larkin repaired both time pieces with his professional watchmaking skills. I really thank him and Maria for their work and wonderful customer service.

PS: It was quite difficult to find a good watchmaker in a brick and mortar shop. I hope that this lovely shop will remain open for a long time!
