Amazing selection of goods.....especially their home brand muffins! Best out of all supermarkets.

IGA have the best fresh produce outside of Monet in East Bentleigh. And staff are always cheerful and welcoming...

1st visit, Sonya at the deli was professional, saw a female she'd been there for 30 yrs, still looked young. Love the loyalty card & benefits. I'll be back for sure huge store, lots of variety. Seen the brochures in the mailbox for years finally found the store.

Wish this was closer to my house, everything you need under one roof and at better prices than the big 2!

Nice fresh selection of fruit and veg (although a little bit pricier than competitors). Fantastic range of less known brands. Really interesting and wide range of products. They appear to try to cater to many food and dietary requirements; kosher, freshly made sushi section, gluten free ect

Employees are very polite and respectful.

Very convenient and quick shopping of popular brands. Friendly and helpful service. Their grog shop also offers a wide range. Handy parking and toilets .

East Bentleigh is a great suburb with the friendliest most well stocked supermarket around.

East Bentleigh IGA is always fully stocked.
I like to buy Specials and at each visit there are many scattered throughout the aisles.
Lots of parking also, with a wheelchair entrance

Love this store! Also shoutout to Betty, the older lady in the store. What an asset to the team. She provided us with amazing service, give her a raise. It came to my attention that some of the other staff members were throwing her under the bus and maker her do all of their dirty work, sort of taking her for granted because she is older and fragile and won't say no. This is not okay!!!! Very upsetting to see this happen, she is trying her best.

IGA is a great little supermarket.
Pretty much has everything I need. We'll laid out. Aisles are spacious enough.

Always get in and out pretty quickly, rarely have to wait for a register. The store is well stocked, and mostly competitive prices, especially their specials.

Good place to shop,with plenty of variety of different food and goods. Friendly,helpful staff.

Moved in to the neighborhood 2 years ago and can't tell how satisfied is am with Ritchies IGA as our local market.
Not only that they have quite the range of products and quality ones at that, the staff are incredibly friendly. Even if it is a supermarket chain, the staff puts effort to know people and you get the decent human interaction with them.
I recommend the house made side dishes like seafood salad and stuff. They are made with quality ingredients. Also the sushi corner inside market is great.

Fully stocked but restrictions due to Covid 19 panic buying which does not help any one . Great selection of most products. Have noticed slightly more expensive on some items.. Friendly and very helpful staff at Registers .if we all stay focussed..wash our hands ..social distance..mask and gloves this will end soon .

Fantastic store. A little bare but they are working at getting stock up again. Great variety, wide aisles and great covid protocols. Very wide range of brands. A relief away from home brands!!!!!

Richie's iga in bentleigh sells a good selection of branded items that you can't get in woollies and Coles any longer. I like shopping there for dairy and condiments as they have a much wider range than other supermarkets in the area. Staff are also helpful and cheerful.
