Best prices and range. I always shop here because there is everything I need in one store and the prices match online stores with shipping. My average spend is around $200-$300 with these guys. Ive shopped there about 6 times and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Good range and more personalized service compared to chain stores like Mr Vitamins or Chemist. If they don't have in stock, you could put in special orders.

Better body products and food. Very competitive pricing with Vitamins and the manager could do you better deals if you bulk buy.

Should be called 'Keep John Honest'. You should know how their 'price matching' policy works. You have to bring in a receipt or photograph proving the lower price. They will then give you the lower price, AND ONLY YOU. So their higher price remains higher, nobody else benefits. They're NOT trying to be the lowest cost to customers. So why would you bother going to all this trouble when you could simply just continue buying elsewhere at the lower price?
Despite this, do I still give 4 stars? They boast an extensive range of natural and body building products. You'll often find a naturopath at hand to offer free advice and recommendations. I've shopped from this store for over 4 years, and the Dee Why store for over 4 years before that. Most staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If they don't have something in stock, they'll often order it in for you. They even do internet research while you wait to answer your questions. This level of customer service is unmatched in the area.
