Commonwealth Bank Bentleigh Branch

There was a queue when the doors opened, but customers were dealt with efficiently & politely. I was at the back but didn't wait too long. Geoff dealt with my issues very helpfully & successfully. Bentleigh is a good bank to deal with.

He is so helpful and will either answer my enquiry himself or get another staff member to help. He is knowledgeable, efficient and caring- so professional in his role.

I was assisted immediately when I entered the branch. Martin is a legend. Great customer service even though I was only updating my business address. The counter lady wasn’t so nice but I guess you need to be stern and slightly evil when you’re dealing with all sorts of people all day to protect your conscience.

I had the pleasure to be served by Alana Kam at the Bentleigh branch. She was exceptionally accountable and responsible in attending to my banking requirements. I highly recommend her services.
