Amamoor General Store & Post Office

came here today to fill up and grab some food. got a works burger and it was delicious! Man in store is a nice bloke and helpful, same with the lady (i assume husband and wife as they’re family owned) both are very kind people and welcoming! Store has a lot to offer from frozen dinners, fresh fruit and veg, to general convenience store options. has a wide range of products too and joins onto an Aus Post Office. definitely stop here if you’re passing by 😊

I go there regularly and the ladies are always very friendly and helpful. They have a lot for a small store and being close to cedar grove camp ground is a bonus to. Please support gympie's small businesses and keep places like this running.

Great little store. We picked up 15L of some of the best spring water the region has to offer from Montville Mist and also grabbed some snackies for the drive home!

Lovely little store with everything you need. Nice selection of local fruit, veg and honey as well as hot hot food. If you get the chance to buy some of the lady finger bananas, do! They were the best bananas we have ever tasted.

Loved this general store. Friendly staff. Had a nice little vibe. Had a good selection of products inside. Loved how there was a nice grass area opposite the train station to relax in.

Great mix of all the essential, plus... hot food, $2 lolly bags, espresso coffee and treats from Woombye and Kenilworth dairies!
