Christmas Creek Cafe` & Cabins

We stayed here for a couple of nights this weekend and really loved it! Katy is very kind and the place was really clean. Basic cabins with only beds and some shelves, but we were out most of the time anyway, so you don't need much more. Clean shared kitchen and there are a few little nooks with fridges around to prepare some sandwiches etc as well. It's very quiet, along a little river and you can have a camp fire. Definitely value for the money! Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our random visit today to this Cafe. We had a delicious steak sandwich, coffees and a home made caramel slice. We also enjoyed looking at the resin paint pour work available for sale and local produce of jams/relishes.

Very nice and quiet place to sit and relax and have lunch

What a great place to grab a bite to eat after doing the walking trail. The Cafe & Cabin's are next to a delightful picnic and camping area that I stayed for a night. Christmas Creek runs year around and the walking trail to the Stinson wreck quite doable if fit and happy to go up an often times steep trail. The Cafe had a daytime menu from which I had a fish burger which was piled high and crispy salad. The operators are courteous and your coffee will be filled to the brim! Will be back.

Used this as a base to camp and do the bucket list visit to the " Stinson Wreck & Westgrave's grave . " And nearby falls Following the footsteps of the famed Bernard Orielly in his rescue of survivors from this tragedy .
A great service general store , camp kiosk and cafe , eatery .

A great place for a meal or just a coffee and cake. You can sit outside or relax on the veranda. Great in winter by the fire. You can walk to the river sleep in the cabins and just relax.

Stopped in on the way to do the Stinston walk. Staff were great. Very pleasant to talk to ... And the snitzel burger was amazing......

No cell service and no wifi. I like it
