The service from all the staff is of the highest order I have ever experienced from *any* local business. Local deliveries are arranged, along with superb support and a very caring staff that make you feel “good” just by walking into the Pharmacy. Check it out – it is a great experience!

Ok, so you call them and things are arranged promptly and you are made to feel “special” - and that comes down to a very rewarding rapport and communication. Delays are not part of this team’s support and caring role. I have been regularly making calls to the Pharmacy staff – all through COVID-19, and wow things simply flowed with some great service and delivery - outstanding.

You get a prompt “same day” service on local deliveries of scripts within a reasonable distance of the Pharmacy. All it takes is a phone call and a credit / debit card. Done.

Now with the 2021 (March) Flu vaccine early release and the coming COVID-19 vaccines, things are very proactive at this Pharmacy.
Harris Tan (pharmacist) and his great staff can make it all so much easier for you, as well as give you a smile and a great sense of being cared for – no matter what may seem ‘challenging” with all the health concerns with COVID-19 in 2021.

2020: The team at Hayborough Pharmacy are extremely helpful and supportive. The service is fast and waiting queues for scripts are usually only minutes (typically 5 minutes). There is no come “come back in 40 minutes (yet)” scenario. I have on two occasions been [very] blessed by super-extra staff support ”far beyond normal expectation and duty”. Simply awesome support! One of the most friendly, and for me, the #1 Pharmacies in the entire Goolwa to Victor Harbor region. Thank you to all the team at Hayborough Pharmacy! One word “Outstanding” Team! Harris Tan is a super hero of superb duty to clients.

The team are always friendly and offer advice when needed, with fast fulfillment of scripts - no need to wait around for half an hour!
