I have always had a good experience. Off course it can be busy during peak hours but that's normal everywhere.

Staffs are very helpful and caring. Always go to them and don’t try other places.

i have been going to this post office for over 13 years i have always had the best service from all staff members. They get very busy at times but it does not change how they treat each and individual customer!

Been a regular at this branch and they always got things done. Yes there have been problems here and there, but they definitely do not deserve all these 1 star feedbacks from frustrated customers. Overall I've had a positive experience.

I like the quick and professional service by staff behind the counter.

The shop has a wide range of goods at good prices to choose from and even a long queue goes fast.

Never had a disappointing experience here and will come back for sure not because it is convenient, but because I like it.

Hi the staff try there best but for this time of year they are badly under staffed .It took 20minites in a line leading outside of the post office

Don't know why everyone here is having problems... if you know what you're doing, and know how AusPost works, you'll be in and out within 2 minutes flat, just avoid peak times like breakfast and lunch time as there is usually a lineup.

Don't request for the impossible or stress out the workers either as they are only human after all; I highly doubt any of you would keep a straight attitude dealing with that crap almost everyday. Every time I visit, there is usually between 1 to 3 brain dead customers who seriously need to go eat a HSP by the nearby shops and view the world in stress free light. Give em a break and make it easier for yourself too by learning the process and listening to them!

I rate 1 less than 5 stars because of the location space; it's a bit cramped, but in general, a great service with fair prices and speedy pickups for online sellers and buyers like me who use AusPost as a nationwide delivery option. I like how it's also conveniently located where the local stores of the city are.

Part of that 1 star deduction also comes from the fact that larger items that don't fit in your mailbox leave you with a pickup notice. It's understandable the delivery people want to be fast, efficient and carry less on their vehicle, but it can be solved by simply equipping all of them with a van instead of a motorbike or a lousy hi-vis trolley cart. That change better happen VERY soon too, since everyday shopping like groceries and buying large home appliances are moving online at a ridiculous rate.

Usually there is a long wait. But staff are efficientl and friendly.
