TotalCare Health Centre - Dr. Huy An

It was my first time at this clinic. I’m unsure why some of the reviews are negative because my experience was very different. I went for a Covid Booster shot last week. The reception was cheery and welcoming. I didn’t have to wait a long time at all. The doctor was very professional, answered any questions I asked thoroughly. This clinic is very efficient and highly recommended.

Came in for just the vaccine booster and he might be my new GP. Close to home and very quick and efficient service. No waiting area though during lockdown so be wary of that.

I came for a covid vaccine and was in and out pretty fast. Receptionist and doctor were cautious but friendly.

The doctor did not physically examine me at any point before prescribing me with medication. He refused to answer any of my questions or concerns about the medication he was prescribing me. Not to mention he is incredibly rude, gaslights you and is in need of a serious ego check. There is also a clinic in Cabramatta run by Dr Huy An which has terrible reviews of people sharing similar experiences to me - I should’ve checked this before coming to see him. Honestly, if you're thinking to book this doctor you're better off going elsewhere.

100% agree with what Puru Kharal has mentioned. We were there to get a booster shot and they made an 88y old lady to sit outside and it was raining. I've told the Dr they should offer a waiting area for patients and his response was "Thanks for your advise". What a horrible horrible place ! That would be my first & last visit and I have made a compliant to the relevant authorities.

Do not go to this doctor extremely rude and very unprofessional. Couldn’t be bothered doing anything and didn’t even listen to my concerns was more concerned about his noodles getting cold

They treat clients/patients very differently, dont let sick people’s to come and sit inside in waiting room, dint let my 4 years old daughter to use toilet. 4 sick people’s waiting for their turn outside under the sun.. what sort of clinic is this😀😀😀

Worst experience, they called me 5 mins before the appointment and told me that they cannot see me anymore, dont ever go their, they treat patients really bad, not at all recommended.
