A lovely supportive community of women of all ages, coming together with the same goal - to get fit and healthy and stay that way! All abilities and fitness levels, where you work at your pace with supportive coaches to encourage you to put your best foot forward. And the best part… only 30 minutes of your time. We all have that right?!

I've been working out at Curves Weston Creek for 5 years which is a record for me. It suits me so well. I find that going to Curves is a great way to start the day and look after myself both physically and mentally. When I first joined, I hoped I'd last a few weeks, let alone a year. Now, I can't imagine ever leaving. The benefits of regular exercise set out in a convenient circuit are too good. And did I mention the very helpful coaches??? I'm a convert!!!!

Best thing I ever did joining Curves at Weston. The Coaches are great and very knowledgeable. They help with the training, your posture and your strength.
Not only is Curves good for my health and well-being with the great exercises we do, but there is also the social aspect. Made a lot of friends by joining Curves when I moved here 5 years ago. Definitely must not forget our daily coffee "klatsch" after we finished.
All in all a great place and fabulous people. Wouldn't miss it for anything and can highly recommed Curves in Weston.

I have been going to curves for a number of years. It has been a very positive choice to attend curves that fits well into my lifestyle with a compact workout and coaches who are always uplifting and positive. It keeps me more supple and gives energy for the day with a very cheerful environment.

I loved my sessions at Curves Weston this week. I have done some WOW workouts, dance sessions, in swing and a tai chi class. All of this has been with the best coaches and some wonderful members. Thank you so much for being the best.

I have been going to CURVES nearly 20 years and I have always found the staff to be helpful and encouraging and really pleasant. One can rigorously follow the exercises demonstrated or work at your own pace- depending on how you feel. I think my regular attendance at CURVES has helped to keep my arthritis at a manageable and mostly pain-free level and so I say "Thank you CURVES!"

I have been a member at Curves Wanniassa for at least 10 years. The staff, music and atmosphere is good. I would recommend Curves Wanniassa without hesitation. PS - the parking is free 🙂

I love the fact that I get to work out at my own pace in a relaxed and happy atmosphere, knowing there's always help on hand if needed by the awesome coaches.

Curves in Weston is special... Great gym, great staff! And... the added bonus is that the staff really care about their members. Thanks guys!
