Dr. Eve Battersby is so full of kindness and compassion and is so committed to my recovery, she goes that extra mile and always make me feel inspired in moving forward. Very grateful I met her. Also the admin staff are always so polite and helpful, very shocked by the negative comments on here, you all are so lovely.

One of the best medical practices I have used . I am 81 so I have been to many. Dr Creasley and Dr Amy Hoile deserve a special mention. The reception area is well organised and the staff friendly and on the ball . I have used the emergency service a couple of times and I have no complaints .

Great experience with minimal waiting time . Doctors take their time to explain and ensure I am happy and understand what is happening. I haven’t had this level of care in a long time so I am glad I moved to victor and found this place.

Relative lack of bulk billing is an indictment of successive federal government funding caps and gaps are now essential for GPs to provide a quality service. This is a fact, not opinion.

Excellent service and communication despite being extremely busy.. Bella and Stacey on reception were very helpful and courteous. The duty doctor was thorough and caring.

I have been a regular patient at VMH for 13 years and in that time I have seen many of the doctors there in addition to my regular GP. I have always found them to be capable and courteous. Yes, I have at times had to wait an hour or so past my appointment time but I am grateful for this as the time given for my own appointment has at times run over the scheduled time as the doctor has fully dealt with my concerns.

Called at 8.45 appointment at 10.10. Got straight in. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The on duty doctor sorted me out and was thoughtful asked plenty of questions and got me on my way quickly and confidently. Best doctors experience I've had in ages.

This is the best doctors centre in Victor Harbor and the most friendly staff who will answer all your questions for you. They also have an app in the app store and free to download
