Great and friendly staff always helpful with postage advice , also always busy helping customers in the shop hence why they don’t sit next to the phone waiting for it too ring , people need to realise these ladies are no robots and get a life blah blah blah 🤔🤔🤣😂👍🤘

New phone number is under TWO ROCKS IGA. Aus post has not changed the number so Newsagent phone number is still on the site. RING IGA FOR POST OFFICE

Absolutely hopeless... Posted only 2 (very important) letters from there in the past 2 years and both were lost, never to be seen again. What happens, do they just take them to the rubbish tip?

Why do my parcels get sent here closes to early on Saturday so I get things sent back I have no car

Rang multiple times during working hours, and no answer. Impossible to collect a parcel, when working 6 days a week.

I've been ringing constantly for 15 minutes and no-one is picking up the phone :(
