Everything you could want in a plumber! The receptionist Nicole helped arrange for someone on the same day and was very clear about pricing from the start. Aaron arrived promptly after receiving the message alert. He was friendly, efficient, experienced, and tidy. He even went the extra mile for us and contacted Water Corp about our faulty meter, which they came and fixed just a few hours after he left. Would definitely use their services again!

Fast, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and a great price and on top of that - no mess. No muddy boots, no bits and pieces left behind. Asked if I wanted the hot water heater checked, and even though only 2 years old, I said yes and am grateful he asked! He replaced the valves which needed it and the dual anodes were almost gone! Pic attached. He saved our hot water heater!

Booked last Wednesday and arrived on time the following Monday, no fuss just showed them what I was after, fix the hot water and replace the ensuite toilet, and they quietly and efficiently went about it. All done in under 3 hours at a very reasonable price

When I contacted O'Brien Plumbing Samara was so helpful and professional over the phone. The plumber came earlier than booked which was awesome. Justin came he was very nice and introduced himself. Justin was explaining to me what he was going to do and what he had done to fix the blocked drained. He was very professional and new what he was doing. I'd recommend O'Brien Plumbing to my family and friends I was very happy with the service that Samara and Justin provided.

A very way to clean blocked drain but the plumber did a good job.
