I have been coming to Duans for 2.5 years as a regular, for reflexology foot massages. I have never been disappointed. The staff are so friendly, and I always leave feeling like I’m floating

Best massage I have had in perth. Ask for Sharoe she is amazing! Had a bloke today and he was good too. I’ve have been trying to find a calm comfortable place that gets my knots out, and I found it!

I went in for problems with my knees and saw Mary who was very kind and knowledgeable. She practised cupping on my legs and I found the experience to be very helpful in providing much needed tension and pain relief. Will definitely be going back for follow up treatment.

The place is beautifully fitted out with correct mood lighting in the rooms and friendly staff. Many different forms of professional massages available with affordable pricing. Highly recommend booking a massage here.

Went on a pretty cold day and lady was nice to offer some hot stones rolled up in a towel to keep me warm while she did the massage. Had a good experience!

This has been the worst massage I ever had. I always try to find the positive when reviewing a business as poor ratings can hurt businesses however I am unable to find a positive here. I don't believe the staff member was even a trained massage therapist. I regularly get a massage and on this occasion was unable to get into my normal place. I have had ongoing neck pain and thought I would try here to release the tension. BIG MISTAKE!!!!
My neck is 10 times worse and my back is aching as I have multiple bruises and I have tingling down my arm now which was not present prior. Multiple headaches and various pain to go with it. DO NOT GET A MASSAGE HERE, they will destroy you.
I now have an appointment with my normal person and an added chiropractor appointment to try and sort out the damage that they have done. Very disappointed indeed.

Worst massage ever. Typical asian massage shop that has no trained staff. The older male just pushed his elbows into me for 1hr as he watched the clock. Avoid this place.

The worst massage I ever get in my life. The guy (i think owner) had no idea what i asked for just doing his thing no matter what I want from massage.

Ive been here a few times and unfortunately, the massages have been fairly disappointing. The first few were average and unremarkable, however, my most recent was a waste of time. Half way through, the massage therapist stopped moving and took a break (presumably because she thought I had fallen asleep?), the pressure was horrible and didnt loosen any muscle (despite asking for a harder pressure), there wasn't much in the way of technique, and she ended up massaging my legs even after asking for a back only massage. I ended up paying in full, leaving early and likely will not be returning.

I had no intention of leaving a bad review however, I took the time to leave work early to treat myself to a massage and felt very disappointed with the service.
