This experience was fantastic. For those of you worrying about having this treatment through fear of embarrassment or discomfort, there is no need. John is fantastic at putting you at ease and talking you through the treatment the whole time. The discomfort is mild and very manageable and is made worth it by the results. I found from 3 sessions that I have more energy, better digestion and a better understanding of health and wellness for myself.

I highly recommend John's colonic hydrotherapy treatment. For something that would seem like an uncomfortable experience, John's warm personality and gentle nature allowed me to feel at ease throughout the procedure. As a nutritionist, John is extremely knowledgeable and informative and was able to provide me with extensive feedback on my gut health based on his observations of the experience. I also found the time passed very quickly as we chatted about different areas of gut health.

This is just not colonics, it’s a complete overhaul of health. For context, I was severely ill with pancreatitis and had all sorts of dis functionality associated with opoids, Johnny is what I would classify as a body whisperer. He is highly intuitive, caring and supportive. His knowledge of the body is extensive and the space he provides for healing is unprecedented. I can’t recommend him highly.
