My car is an FJ Cruiser that I’d bought a week ago so I was waiting for nasty surprises as there were no service books. I had low expectations as its a Franchise, but I was presently surprised above my expectations. Jason the Manager is very professional and gets to the nitty gritty, I am so impressed with the videoing and how they talked me through what needed fixing, I've never seen this process in place at a Mechanics and I think it should be done everywhere . I felt fully informed and advised of costs their communication is excellent. The workshop is clean and tidy access easy and the repair bill what I was quoted was fair, I have no hesitation in taking my car back or recommending the crew at Ultra Tune South Fremantle .

Good place to go, I have a GTS Holden took great care of my car, needed to look at getting something done and couldn't do it themselves. Gave me all the information I needed to follow it up. Honest and respectful exactly what you want when dealing with a car mechanic, sent me vedios and everything when checking over my car.
