Honestly this was some of the best service I have ever received in Perth and I was only in the store for 5 minutes. 2 people on staff, one welcomed me to the store and the other came and helped me with my product selection - she had great knowledge of the range. I even got a free protein snack with my purchase (not the cheap stuff either). Super impressed!

Called to ask about the price of a brand of whey protein and the guy just slammed the phone pretty hard, he wasn't happy at all.

I wasn't rude or disrespectful, check your recordings. Simply went to nutrition warehouse after this.

I know you don't care but this guy is costing you customers lol. If he's done it once, he'll probably do it again :)
