Thanks to O’Brien Electrical and Plumbing for removing our old gas and installing a new electric hot water system. End to end the process was relatively easy with only a couple of forms to complete so we could access the government subsidies. The guys that came out were on time, polite and very helpful. They left a tidy site at the end and did not interrupt my working day significantly. A job well done such that we are now considering further services. Thumbs up from us!

O’Brien Rowville have been great to deal with for my solar from the beginning. Jacob walked us through several different options which helped us land on the best system for us. The installers on the day were polite, tidy and cleaned up after themselves after the job. The after sales support has been fantastic too. I’ve already recommended O’Brien to several of my friends.

The team (sales, operation & install) here in Rowville O’Brien has been wonderful to deal with from start to finish in having my old domestic hot water upgraded to an Electric Heat Pump System. Highly recommend checking out for a competitive pricing with an excellent finish with very neat install (take away your old heater) & a quality product (Emerald Heat Pump). A personal thank you to the sales rep, Melissa who didn’t hesitate to assist, explain & even help to expedite me in the waiting list as my old hot water system was failing badly.

The team at O’Briens were super responsive and informative. Nat was great in communicating initially for quotes and availability, providing all the information that we requested on rebates and supporting that process. Scheduling was straightforward and on the day of installation, the people who arrived to install both our heat pump, and our solar panels did a great job, explaining what they were doing when it was necessary, and if they needed input from us.

O'Brien's team provided excellent and professional service when installing my solar panels and heat pump. The staff in reception also provided great service. I'm looking forward to my low electrical bills!!!

I used this company to get my new heat pump installed. Geoff explained everything which I could understand. Communication was great. Connor the plumber was very very polite,friendly,and so tidy. Chris the electrician was exactly the same. Both the guys were on time and very helpful.

Had a Hot Water Heat Pump installed. The Team was surprisingly well mannered and co ordinated(Electricians - Saxon and Andrew, Plumber - Daryl, and officer contact Caley). Was asked preferences of how and where to install. Was explained what needed to happen. Clean worksite and good workmanship from what I can see so far! Thank you, would definitely recommend.

I had Emerald heat pump installed by O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville. Geoffrey, the sales rep, was very professional in advising me the type of heat pump that suits my house with an unbeatable price. He was also very patient in explaining to me the entire process and helping me deal with the issues with the hot water area. Then I had Kyle who organised the installation and even with the unexpected delay in delivery of the heat pump he was still able to schedule the earliest time possible for me. Everything went smoothly and I've been very happy with the heat pump. Excellent product, excellent customer service, highly recommend!

I do not make a habit of completing reviews. O’Brien’s Rowville have made me reconsider that, and anyone needing solar installer or electrical work, needs to talk to this business.

After talking to a few solar providers I made the decision to go with O’Brien’s in Rowville. This was made all that much easier with Danny holding my hand at every single step of the way. His customer service was outstanding, above and beyond expectations. The install team lead by Josh held up their end of the arrangement, professional, tidy and very attentive to my requests to check the roof after the job was completed, and actually replaced some displaced tiles that his own team were not responsible for.

I also engaged with O’Brien’s to do a mains power upgrade. Ben was very innovative in his suggestions for how to make my requests come to fruition, and the “Double Lucas” team, who completed the work, were tireless to detail to make the experience for me the very best possible.

I recently had a really positive experience with O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing. The sales rep Danny, provided an outstanding experience from start to finish.
