Great new rug. Mia was extra helpful in getting the right size and type for us. She really knew their products! Good prices for the quality and matches the decor well. Excellent with a huge range compared to some places and fast delivery as well.

We purchased a rug a while ago and when getting it home found it too big for the space. No problem at all the lady serving us helped us select the best size and colour . We ended up with a slightly less expensive rug. Again no problem we were given a credit. We returned yesterday to use the credit. The same lady once again serving us. Again friendly service helping us select a "road map" rug for our grandson. I had lost the credit note but she found it easily. It was great to experience such friendly and helpful retail / customer service .

Mia went above and beyond in helping us find the right rug selections for our place. There were so many great selections so I was confused for choice but Mia has a great attention for detail. 10/10 service.
