Dr. Iman is the most genuine, caring and kindest GP we’ve visited in Melbourne. She takes time to listen to your concerns and address them. The clinic has a really positive, warm and welcoming vibe to it.

I have been attending this clinic for the past 3 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my health care. The Doctors are very caring and take time to listen when you see them. The front office staff are friendly and very welcoming and efficient.

I needed a script and found this clinic on HotDoc. Will definitely use again. Friendly, welcoming reception staff member ( unfortunately I’ve forgotten her name). Dr. Winston was lovely, caring and helpful. Bulk billed which is also a bonus.

One of the better medical centres I have been to. All of the Doctors and staff are very professional, friendly and ready to assist. I have recommended quite a few of my friends to this centre and like me, they are very satisfied. I have no hesitation in recommending Alsalam Medical if you are in need of medical attention.

My experience with this clinic is very good. I have been seeing Dr Iman for some time now and could not recommend a better doctor. Dr Iman cares and takes time with patients.
In addition the Reception staff are friendly and organised.

Dr Iman Elshenawy is a wonderful doctor. She will leave no stone unturned and does not hurry the appointment. Messages are sent when vaccinations are due. I highly recommend this surgery.

Can't say enough about Alsalam Medical Centre. Dr Iman, Dr Laila, and the whole team are highly professional and genuinely caring.

The practice has provided me and many of my family including elderly parents and children with meaningful information, treatment and support to manage our health and well-being.

From a community perspective, I like that they take on students for placements and help enrich and inform. Great role models.

The entire experience from booking an appointment, arriving, being seen by the doctor and booking my next appointment was a breeze, even with all the extra processes we need to go through because of COVID. The receptionist and the doctor were lovely, friendly and helpful and I really had a great experience here. Would definitely recommend this clinic.
