Just arrived home after they RAC car service. I had booked in for an ‘essential plus’ service. When going to pick up the car and pay, Suzie at the front desk informed me that my car didn’t need the ‘plus’ service just the essentials service. So I was charged accordingly and obviously less than the plus service. What honesty! They could have easily replaced parts that didn’t need replacing and simply charged me more. But the didn’t. Thanks RAC service people. Heart warming integrity and honesty.

Very professional and very proficient mechanics, who looked after me and extended me considerations that few service centres would entertain. I would recommend them to anyone who requires a service on their vehicle regardless of the make & model.

They're attentive and efficient. They make sure they give you the best service, the quickest they can. I called one day to have a part replaced and they did it the next day. The RAC membership was the best investment I could ever make. Totally reliable.

The team were very helpful. My car was serviced in timely manner. I liked that they kept me informed during the day about what work was required and the cost so there were no surprises when I picked the car up. The price was very reasonable with my member discount. Great work!

I had to drop in after work without an appointment because I had a flat tire. I needed the tire swapped out on the spot as the car was not in a drive-able condition. Mario went above and beyond in helping me out even though they did not have a spare tire at the workshop. He called around to another local workshop and drove there personally to pick up the tire for me and changed it out without any fuss.

Just been here once and they forgot to reset my windows but when I rang they sorted it out straight away. Have booked again with them for a service because I trust the RAC more than my regular mechanic, even though they are a bit pricey even for members. Will update after the $300+ service.

Thank you Service Writers - Paul and Mario. Honest service. Keeps my 2004 Toyota running reliably. Happy to have a mechanic I can trust. Know my car will run safely on local errands or long trips.

Went in to have them change my oil. Explained that I had my own oil and oil filter they could use and they were more than happy to do the job for me at a discounted price due to being a RAC member. 10/10 would service again.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in the office and mechanic did a good job and provided documentation which is a big plus in my book

I had to use the RAC roadside service after my ute died and have to say that the membership is the best value for money.

I tell my friends that I trust RAC more in not offering unnecessary fixes as most service departments try to maximise their profit and 'bonus' teams on how much revenue they generate.

They told me my relatively new cars shock obsorber was gone spoke with a friend mechanics who said they should have wiped the oil off of it and to check it soi did 3 months latter bone dry saved 700 bucks just by wiping it dry .l will never go back.

I can't thank Josh enough- he helped organise a solution and contacted a third party which saved me a lot of hassle. Thank you so much for going above and beyond! He didn't get anything in return for it which makes the service and effort all the more extraordinary :)

Great staff who are friendly helpful and competent. I know my car is in good hands. I'm so pleased I took my brother's advice to go there.

Fantastic service, they managed to repair a problem that the dealership hadn't been able to resolve for 18 months. Excellent attention to detail and very helpful. Good price too.
