Great new store, with a good product range

The online descriptions of pineapple lights is completely inadequate and after many attempts to talk to an actual person, I find out the lights are only the size of an egg! This is what annoys me about online buying. The information is not transparent, you pay postage to get the item, discover it's nothing like the representation online and then have to pay postage for it to go back! The only one winning here is Australia Post, and I bet retailers like BBT are counting on you not bothering to return it anyway. That's just treating customers with contempt! Booooo!

Absolutely terrible experience, the products are good but the retail assistant who served us was awfully rude and sarcastic. My mother and I went to buy a gift of myself and the assistant said 'Oh you're funny, coming along to buy your own gift?' And proceeded to laugh at us. Won't be buying from this company again if that is the quality of customer service training that they provide.

They sell single pillow cases disguised as two for very cheap ,then u go home and open it only only to find a single pillow case! That's so dodgy who buys a single pillow case! Why don't they start selling single shoes too🤷🏽‍♂.
