I ran into a few road blocks with assembling the bed, at first i was really overwhelmed with the issues however the team in malaga sent out a crew to come help me put it together on a weekend which i highly appreciated. Thank you for the quick turn around and prompt response

Very good quality furnitures in good price range. We are very happy with our purchase from Beds for you malaga. We bought a king bed suite 2 different beds and 3 mattresses. And the furnitures looks beautiful in our house. There was a confusion about delivery and intallation due to miscommunication which was easily resolved. I had the best experience when I wandered into Beds 4 U in Midlandgate, the lovely lady in-store was absolutely fantastic, friendly,professional and went that extra mile for me. I found exactly what i wanted ,
Requested 2 solid excellent value dressers, also got a lovely discount. Not only that, my dressers were delivered 2 days later, assembled all I had to do was put the handles on and dispose of the casing. Not like some furniture stores I've been to, you pay for goods they don't have in stock and wait 3 weeks and in one case it was 3 months then you have to assemble yourself🥺 The delivery guys were also amazing called prior to delivery and on time.
So Peter and team I think you guys are absolutely amazing amazing and do I recommend you, yes 150%. Trust me you will get the best value product along with excellent service, congratulations team.

I have been dealing with the lovely staff from the Malaga store for nearly a year, I’ve changed my mind three times about what style and type of bed I wanted. The staff were extremely helpful and never lost patience with me and all my changes. The icing on the cake was when the “Boss” came in after I’d given up and offered me a fantastic deal. We have recently bought an ICloud Massage King Split Bed & mattresses, also 2 Recliner Chairs, sheet sets & pillow at Beds4U Malaga. Harish & Veronica at this store were so helpful at assisting us with our selection. They are very knowledgeable and not pushy. Also very reasonable prices which after our research they came out Number 1. They arranged delivery and assembly which was done by Julio. He was excellent. Set the beds up and made sure we understood the remotes to operate the beds. We love them. So easy to operate and so very comfortable.
We recommend this store if you are looking for good old fashioned customer service, knowledge of products, excellent prices. Just good people to deal with overall. Thank you Veronica, Harish and Julio.

I bought a King size iCloud 5000 massage bed from these guys (2 x singles synchronised for 1 x King mattress). My mattress is an $8000 Tempur so I wanted a decent base for it.
Harish and Sharon were both great to deal with, and the price was MUCH better than anything I could find anywhere in the country (including lower quality versions on eBay with questionable warranties).
It seems to be constructed extremely well including suitable thickness steels, suprisingly good welds, and decent powder coating on the frame.
The only issue was that I needed to supply a cable to sync the two bases together as I am using 1 x mattress across 2 x frames. If you buy one of these beds make sure you get an RJ11 cable at least 1M long. Luckily I had a spare one of these so was not an issue for me. Normal LAN cables like a CAT5 or CAT6 are too wide so it needs to be an RJ11 cable with all 4 pins/wires as used in an old modem. Same plug as a telephone cable but a telephone cable usually only uses the 2 pins/wires (same plug size) so they won't work as I tried this first. These cables are about $4 on ebay but make sure you have one before your bed arrives if it is a King size or you will have to go out and buy one.
Maybe Beds4U will start to supply these cables with the King beds, if so please let me know and I will update this review.
It's all Okin brand controllers and motors which are the exact same motors as what are in the Tempur bases, but the Tempur ones are over $5000 and my base from Beds4U was much less than half that :)
I feel confident having bought this from a company who has actual physical stores in case there are ever any warranty issues. They have several stores in W.A, but charged me $60 for delivery to Melbourne.
The massage is actually surprisingly strong and feels really nice even through the mattress.
I would definitely recommend that if you need anything relating to beds, that you have a bit of a look around, work out what you want, get prices, then go straight to these guys when you're ready to buy and they will look after you.

It took me a while to write this review. Purchased mattresses and base for the whole family in January. Really good quality products and a lot cheaper than the big names out there. Great customer service, very accommodating for the delivery, would definitely recommend.
