Comfort Inn Bay of Isles

Love this place! The ladies in the office are lovely and friendly and the staff around the place are fantastic.
Nothing is too much for them to help. Playground with sandpit for kids to play in and the pool is lovely. Kids loved it so much! 👌

While in Esperance our choice accommodation is the Comfort Inn Motel.
The rooms are always well maintained, cleaned & tidy and have everything provided for our comfort. As an added bonus the Comfort Inn is just across from the beautiful Esperance bay and fore shore.
A special thanks to the Manager Shauna and all of the staff. Shauna is extremely professional and accommodating at all times. Her professionalism is reflected in her staff and I’m sure it must be a wonderful place to work.
The atmosphere is always inviting and we feel at home whenever we stay here.
The menu for the evening meals provides an excellent variety of dishes. It’s always hard to choose as they’re cooked to perfection.
I highly recommend Comfort Inn Esperance ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

i had a great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and well set out very nice to stay in . The location is great as well . Meals are reasonably priced and enjoyable . Over all i had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this motel to my friends .

Well located, beach across the street, restaurant at walking distance. Affordable and handy breakfast, particularly if you're going to spend the day out exploring. Dinner there is also good.

First trip to esperance
Room was great great price , and the actual pool 2 second walk from my room was amazing great for kids and at 1.5 meters deep at deep end good for adults as well it had a restaurant there and at $28 for a buffet big breakfast the next morning fair to say I will definately stay again ,
The beach was just across the road , literally!

Great holtel, the kitchen was noisy until around 10pm though.

Fantastic stay in Esperance. Staff are amazing. Shout out the roomies for doing an excellent job making up our rooms every day. Especially the one that made up our grand sons bed putting his toy on the pillow and leaving a swimming pool noodle for him to use. Rooms are comfortable and the TV entertainment system works really well. Walking distance to everything. Best summer holiday in a long time. Thanks!

Brad and Jen and the entire staff went well out of their way to accommodate our needs. Space was clean and well kept. They were all considerate, paid attention to detail and were always cheerful. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and enjoyed their location . We would definitely book there again and recommend booking far in advance as they are in hot demand.

The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. The wait staff for evening meal were terrific. Our meal was brilliant. Loved our room. Even had a complimentary breakfast because chef didn't turn up and they looked after us. I really hope to get back to Esperance and stay here

Great quality motel, brilliant location, nice staff, quiet rooms and all the basics done well.
Includes car wash bay, reasonable laundry and plenty of parking.
Would stay again.

Had a lovely Monday to Friday stay at the Comfort Inn. The staff were lovely, in particular the receptionist. Excellent food in Eljays restaurant.The room was really clean and well stocked. My only comment is.....Please put the duvet/quilt in a cover and not in between 2 flat sheets as it's very annoying!!!

We had dined elsewhere in Esperance and we have to admit the quality served in their restaurant is AMAZING.

The managers, a couple I believe were extremely warm and inviting and never ceased to amaze us with their combined hospitality professionalism.

Slept very comfortably in the accommodation, caters for children no problem
Will Definitely be back.

I had a delightful experience at Comfort Inn Bay of Isles.

Room was spacious, comfortable, very clean and modern. Everything you need is in here.
(Big tv, sofa, fridge, aircon, daily fresh towels, soap, shampoo, coffee etc… you name it)

Food is delicious and portions are generous.
I was always looking forward for my day to end (work) so I could get back to the hotel and have dinner.
Definitely the highlight of my stay.

Staffs at the reception, restaurant, and around the hotel are very pleasant, polite, and helpful.

(Only downsides: the $50 bond for the room and not enough washing machines available but if you are on holidays… who does washing on holidays ;)

I hadn't planned a night in Esperance, so I was pleasantly surprised when I rang, and there was a room available. I absolutely loved the way I was spoken to and treated. Very professional and super friendly. All the staff I encountered were awesome. The meals were beautiful and room spotless and comfortable.
Am looking forward to staying there again.

Nice clean rooms. I found the reception staff and managers friendly and welcoming in contrast to some other reviewers.
We ate in Eljay's (the restaurant) three times,the first two were room service. I was quite disappointed that the steak was very over done. However, on our third night we mentioned this to our waitress Eleanor who was very professional and escalated it to her manager Jen. Jen was lovely, discussed the issue with the chef and brought us a free bottle of wine. The chef made another steak that was perfectly done.
Overall I was very happy with my experience and the customer service was excellent.

Great rooms with very comfy beds. Nicely appointed. Housekeeping staff friendly and easygoing. Room service (which was very tasty) is prompt and delivered by a polite and attentive young man. Front of house staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Rooms were clean and tidy and spacious. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Great laundry facilities.

So close to harbour. Nice and close to restos too. And amenities areas. Rooms are pretty roomy and cosy. Not too bad for price. Do need an upgrade in some points like sinks and faucets. Tesla charging base available.
