Gloria Jean's Coffees Ascot Drive Thru

We love this place..its our regular stops ..just chilling with beautiful strong cappuccinos and a muffin..or other foods ..with a newspaper to read ! Staff are very friendly and helpful... Good coffee makes your day brighter ✨... highly recommended 👌 😊

The lady taking orders at the drive-thru window this morning was the most kind and lovely person. The coffee is great; the service is exceptional! This Gloria Jean's is a little out of my way so I only usually go to it when taking my dog to Garvey Park. They have given her a dog treat every time and she loves it. After this ladies kindness this morning I am inclined to drive out of my way to get coffee from here.

I'm a fifo worker and love to visit on fly in days. I'm in desperate need of a great coffee when I get back and they do it so well. Their food is always really tasty too.

Customer service is exceptional, SO many other outlets need to take note & learn from these ladies!
Food is always fresh.
Coffee is great.
If something isn't right they'll correct it immediately - no worries.

Superb, friendly service, and they actually answer the phone! I'm glad I came here since my closest Gloria Jeans likes to close earlier than their advertised hours. My Mocha Mudslide chiller was amazing and just what I needed after a tough day. I'll definitely be back. Thanks heaps!

Love this place! The employees that do the early shift during the week are amazing! Always so happy, sweet and inviting plus nothing is a problem for them to sort or do for you. They really make my day and the coffee is always consistently great.

Amazing service & food! The lady who served me at the speaker & when paying was incredibly sweet & had such a positive attitude! I usually have the chillers but she told me that the shakes come with ice cream so now I’m even more obsessed! Definitely put a smile on my face & set me up for the day!

Best customer service everytime.. always smiling through the intercom drive through and the food is yummy and coffee is on point. Drive through quick never waiting too long. Dinning is also good but good for short visit and on quiet days bit small and can be busy.

Best staff, best service, best coffee ever. Have never had a bad experience or bad coffee from here. Fav coffee in Perth by far!

I love this place. Great coffee and iced teas. Try the lemon and lychee ice tea, it's beautiful! My dog loves going through the drive thru as the staff give her a treat. Friendly service always :)
