Carter's - OshKosh B'Gosh Perth

A nice place to shop for kids. The staff is welcoming. Especially the girl "Meghan", one of the best sales person i have come across. So coopeartive and understanding. One of the reasons that i would travel half an hour to shop at this store is the excellent customer service with kids, by the staff.

We have been here twice in our visit to the DFO and the place has great kids cloths options. We found the staff to be helpful while leaving us to brouse. OshKosh is a big brand and its good to have it in Perth now.

I'm very confused by the clothes in this store and it is more than a little concerning. We purchased 2 X 3 packs of rompers from this store. We selected one 3 pack from the girls section and one from the boys section. Both sets of rompers were newborn 0000 size. When I got home I realised that the ones from the girls section are tighter in the body, by over a cm! There is absolutely no difference in size between a newborn baby girl and a newborn baby boy and this has made me very uncomfortable. Why would there be such a disparity in size when they are all 0000? I'd really like some sort of explanation.

Disgusting service and behavior. Are quick to take your money from you but when you need a refund will completely ignore you. Tara the store manager treated me so poorly. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I wish I could give you guys ZERO as you don’t even deserve one start.

I ordered some baby/children’s clothing online and every piece came with a horrible plastic coat hanger, in a plastic parcel bag and no joke every piece of clothing had SO many tags to cut off!! It’s insane! So unimpressed with Carter’s/Oshkosh’s environmental efforts.
