Not to mention the amazing products there especially for gifting, but Liz there went above and beyond serving me! I wanted a small gift for my twenty-member team each and she took the time to match each cards to each individual crystal for me and taped it so I didn’t have to spend more time matching them! Beautiful shop, with very welcoming, helpful and friendly lady staff member. The aroma as I walked past Karma Living in cannington carousel shopping centre drew me into the store, where I purchased a beautiful essential oil blend of mertle and lemon grass called Surrender.

Great little shop. The staff however need some attention. When serving us she spent her time chatting to...maybe.. another staff member who must've been been off shift and didn't even acknowledge us. Just asked for our money. The only thing she said to us the entire time was the books can't be returned. Not very good customer service.

Recently been their 3 weeks in a row always excited to go store. Today went their looking forward to shopping again and buying more but this same negative attitude lady same lady as first time we went in made us feel uncomfortable and was really bad experience will be taking our business else. Should be greeting genuine buyers not snubbing poor form.
