This property is beautifully renovated and immaculately kept. We were absolutely thrilled with our stay and would definitely return. Can't speak highly enough of the accommodation or Kylie (owner).

What an absolute treat - a stunning little SA country town and the perfect guest house to stay in. Elizabeth House is an unexpected surprise and the perfect alternative to the pubs and motels.
It really feels like your own home. Tastefully decorated, quiet and comfortable and with everything you need for a short or extended stay.
Kylie is a joy to deal with and her communication has been excellent. I am stay on a rest day as I walk the Heysen Trail, so the comforts of this place and the food and drink of Quorn is just what I need.
I will be back!!

We love our stays at Elizabeth House! It is a wonderful home base to complete sections of the Heysen Trial. Kylie is an awesome host, nothing is too much bother. Not that you will need anything other when you arrive. A warm, comfortable bed, facilities are all clean, well appointed kitchen and there are different spaces to catch up if you want too. Highly recommend- we will definitely be back!

We had a very comfortable queen bed. Exceptional quality accommodation, well beyond expectations. Kylie, the owner, is very welcoming and helpful and has put a lot of thought into making one's stay comfortable. This place is much more than a backpackers hostel. We'll definitely stay again next visit to Quorn.

Thanks Kylie I can't thank you enough, what a way to finish my Heysen Journey for this year. When I couldn't get a cabin at the caravan park I was concerned as to how I would be able to wash, dry and air out all my gear at this shared accommodation, but it wasn't a problem at all, infact plenty of room to do all. This accommodation is clean, spacious and relaxing! If you don't have any shampoo, conditioner body wash due to lightweight packs! Not a problem Kylie has it supplied. I recommend this accommodation a must to stay at if visiting Quorn.

Elizabeth House Backpackers is more like a boutique hotel.
No sign of dorms and lovely, big bedrooms with very comfortable beds and beautifully clean
The share facilities didn’t present a problem and very clean bathrooms and facilities.
Kylie has done a brilliant job of restoring this lovely old building to it’s former glory.
Good job Kylie and I hope your business flourishes.

I can’t speak highly enough about this flash packers and the incredibly awesome and helpful host Kylie. This is undoubtedly the best stay of my Heysen hike, rooms are luxurious and the whole place is tastefully decorated with the benefit of Kylie’s unique interior design flare. Kylie couldn’t have been more helpful, was quick with any query and was happy to go out of her way to help me with anything. There is plenty of space to mingle with others if you want to or to have your own quiet time as the place is enormous with different sitting areas. There is also a what can only be described as a beer garden out back with plenty of space to hang wet gear and to store bikes if riding Mawson. Definitely the highly of my 20 days so far. Thanks again Kylie, I’ll be bringing family back. Do yourself a favour and stay here, not the pub or anywhere else in Quorn. Cheers, Simone

Elizabeth house was a great place to stay in Quorn for the night. Kylie was fantastic to deal with and made the whole process super easy. Such well priced accommodation, so comfortable and homely. The shared facilities were all very neat and tidy, and also very clean which is important to us. If we need a place to stay in Quorn next time we will definitely go back to Elizabeth House.

Stayed with Kylie at Elizabeth House Backpackers for two weeks. Kylie kindly dropped me off and picked me up from the various Heysen trailheads, and the accommodation was second to none. Beautiful Queen bed in a large room and excellent facilities overall. In a word luxurious and I’m looking forward to returning with friends.

A beautiful experience. A place to feel at home when ur not at home. Fabulous assistance from Kylie whom was such a fantastic help with information of things to do while ur in Quorn or just sit back n enjoy the experience of the property with so much to offer. Homely, clean n tidy, Amazing time away with all that u need. Most enjoyable weekend with mates & a wonderful township. Will be going back in the near future.

Elizabeth House is the best value accomodation in the Flinders, especially if you're travelling through for only one night. Everything is new and great quality. It's much more guest house than backpackers with plenty of different spaces to hang out. Having bedding and towels provided was good so we didn't have to unpack the car and while the kitchen is really well equipped the pubs are in walking distance and serve huge meals. Kylie is an attentive and considerate host who has thought of everything - even a playstation for the kids. We were a party of 7 (3 adults and 4 teenagers) on our way to Arkaroola and stayed both on our way up and back. It was perfect! I can't wait to come back again but for longer next time.

Kylie is like my mum. She's amazing and her place is incredible. I feel recharged and ready to continue on with my Heysen trail journey. Shes a tour de force and her place is so special. I loved her and her town. ❤

Elizabeth House is a fantastic place to stay when in Quorn. Host Kylie is very welcoming, accomodation is clean, tidy and comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone considering visiting the Flinders Ranges.

What a hidden gem!! This place is amazing, the most comfortable bed and best shower on the whole Heysen trail. The house has plenty of cute little spaces so that it feels homely and private. Hosts are really welcoming

Super Moment Going in this backpack, the owner summer to the little care with us, everything is clean and very comfortable, we could enjoy the very well equipped kitchen and a living room with Netflix and even game console;). Every summer perfect
