Great service! Adam came within 1 hour from the call and setup bait stations and stickers to catch the rat. He supported me over the phone in the next 3 days, then he came back with Jacob on Sunday to finally catch and take away the rat. Many thanks again for your valuable help! Adam from Pestaway Sydney was very clear and upfront about the service he was providing. He showed up in the window of time that was arranged and was very efficient in his work. He took the extra time to advise myself and my housemate on how we can reduce the amount of cockroaches coming into our house and outlined how the chemicals he was using would work.
