Capital Pathology Hawker

I took my very apprehensive and afraid 5 year old for a blood test here today. The wait was long as they were the busiest I have ever seen, but the care was absolutely amazing. The pathologist (Angela) was incredibly kind, patient and understanding. She did a wonderful job and the process didn't hurt my son much at all. Thank you so much!!!

Every time i've been here it has been excellent. The staff are very caring and accepting of people with a needle phobia, and they are very skilled at doing it with no pain.

After some harrowing experiences with blood tests, Firoud was fantastic - so efficient, so professional and so good at what she does. Wish they were all like her!

Not sure where about all the negative comments and low star scoring because I found the practice most efficient. Maybe staff have changed! I had to wait a little time, but I think that comes with first in first served (a few months ago I went somewhere else with, unknown to me, a very complicated list of what they had to do and I was with the nurse nearly an hour - I can imagine what those waiting were thinking!!) so now I never complain about waiting! This time, I was having pre hospital admission tests, which included lots of blood and a couple of other things (including an ECG) so again if took longer than normal! I found everyone polite, helpful and apologetic for the time it took. Definitely 5 stars and to those who complain about waiting times, please try to to be more understanding!

Unlike Laverty Pathology thankfully they accepted my GP referral for Laverty testing and were courteous, articulate, fast and efficient. Thanks for saving the day after two Laverty pathology places were closed (when the website stated they were open) today.

What wonderful service is offered here! Nurse was happy to work with someone with special needs and was friendly and efficient about it. Got my vein on the first try which is a rarity for me and all was over in a flash. Would highly recommend.

Used the Google info to determine a quiet time and had a super fast blood test. Straight into the room, no waiting. Totally painless experience.

Great and professional stuff. Went out of their way to take a sample of my blood and packaged it ready to be sent to another clinic for further testing..

I am Notoriously Difficult to bleed and these guys have managed it almost every time. great work.
