Walking into the store for the first time....WOW....Clean well set out...... attentive welcoming staff....
Was directed to what I was looking for and the correct staff member helped me tremendously....made my purchase seamless and pain free...

I found the staff member that assisted me was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store., keen to help me with my search. The other staff members also acknowledged my presence even though they did not assist me, which was polite and respectful.

Purchased an IPhone 15 Pro Max from Retrovision in Esperance. After only a month old, it faulted with the camera not working. Having lost confidence, we wished to have a new phone rather than a replacement. The store Manager Ben was called to sort out our concern. I informed Ben that we purchased the phone in question from Retrovision Esperance being a reputable store Australia wide in case issues of this nature arise.

We were not disappointed with a new phone being ordered immediately upon the phone being checked by a technician or proof of being faulty.

I can only say that Ben went to great lengths to accomodate our urgent situation. Ben being the store leader / Manager certainly displayed qualities of a store with a good reputation and did not let down the team nation wide. Upon speaking with other staff of whom also displayed qualities similar to Ben of being polite, patient, understanding and a shining light of how to deal with the public.

I take a bow Ben and a big thank you, to you and all your staff for just being lovely and accomodating our most stressful situation.

I went last March 30, 2023 at Retravision Esperance I bought Sunbeam Bread Toaster and bags for my C3 Miele Vacuum Cleaner which I bought also there few years ago. I was happy for the service they rendered to me . They’re very helpful and accommodating.

I got a knowledgeable staff member who didn't push for an over-sell. Product arrived within 4 days. Yet to collect the product, but at least they're local if anything goes wrong!
