Boranup Lookout

Awesome place. Right before heading up to the lookout. There is a parking spot which you can get out for a hike. Don't Miss that.

Amazing spot for sunsets and lunch with a view. Toilets are cleaned and very well maintained, good job on Parks!!One of the cleaner toilets I have visited

Great views. Not really anywhere to hike in terms of trails from the lookout, but good drive up and worth a look.

I came here during my time on a Camp and absolutely loved the beautiful scenic view. Standing here looking out and seeing the beauty that exists in WA was great fun! Definitely a picturesque scene. Recommended adding this to your bucketlist!

Are you driving south along Cave Rd?

Easiest access just after the Boranup Forest Maze. Basically where Cave Rd (Rte 250) joins up the Boranup Dr --at its south end past the camping ground ⛺.

Alternative unsealed ways for those driving off-road from

NORTH

° Boranup Dr. North access is on the right hand side of Cave Rd past Conto Rd. Or
° off Arumvale Rd, then Boranup Dr 👍.

WEST

it could be. If you had taken Grace Rd down to the beach and are driving back from it. Turn left onto Boranup Dr before the camping ground then.

For those walking along the Cape to Cape Walk Trail 🏃‍♀ access is from north through Arumvale Dr, then Boranup Dr.

You will find a car park and
° one picnic table, with planty of shade 🌳🌳.
° one long drop toilet 🚽, with paper provided.

Great broadwide views of the forrest and the ocean.

Though it’s a fair drive to get there, it is just beautiful. You can see the rain coming in off the ocean. The drive is amazing too. Your drive through the karri forest and it is just magical

Wow! What an awe inspiring surprise to come out of the forest to this lookout during our Eco Adventure electric quad bike tour of Boranup forest this morning. Fabulous experience! Recommended for Australian and international for sure.. the tour and the view towards Cape Leeuwin and Hamelin Bay.

To reach this lookout you drive through a beautiful Karri forest, well worth it. Gravel road so best in dry conditions.

This place is special.
These trees are are so important to our way of life and we were humbled to be amongst them.
