From making the booking through to collecting images I felt completely comfortable and at ease. On the day the hair and make up was fantastic. During the session it was relaxed, well managed and even in intimate photos, Craig was 100% professional and helpful. The images we picked really captured what we were looking for and made me feel amazing. 100% recommend and thankful for the day. Couple of the G rated photos to share :-)

Craig was fantastic to work with, very patient with my anxious dog and happy to change settings when my dog decided he did not like the background! Jody was very friendly and easy to work with to schedule and confirm the booking. The photos look fabulous and I can’t wait to hang them.

I was lucky enough to get a half day experience at Cooper Studio with Craig as my photographer. The photoshoot experience was very new on my behalf but Craig and Jodii both made me feel so comfortable and welcome. The photos turned out absolutely amazing! I will definitely be going there again in the future.

This is the second time I've been to Cooper studio to have my dogs photographed. Craig was immensely patient and had great suggestions and advice when one of the dogs just wouldn't have a bar. He was also so great while I spent far too long choosing my final photos. Jodie was fantastic with communication and so lovely. Mandy did an amazing job of my hair and make up. Could not have asked for a better crew, my photographs are so much more special thanks to the wonderful experience I had.

I had a boudoir shoot here a few weeks ago and I was so impressed. The hair and makeup in the package was amazing, studio was beautiful, the experience was very comfortable and professional. Had an amazing time doing my shoot with Craig at Cooper Studio! It was such an enjoyable experience, I felt extremely comfortable the whole time, and I've walked away with some absolutely beautiful photos! I also had my hair and makeup done as a part of the shoot - Mandy was incredibly sweet, and I have never been happier with a professional hair and makeup job as I was with what she did for me.

We had a great afternoon photo session with Craig at Cooper Studio. Our aim was to get some really beautiful photos of our greyhound, Lina, and Craig hit the mark. He really captured her personality and the relationship my husband & I have with her. I'm so impatient to receive our prints though, I've been telling everyone we'll be receiving some beautiful pics soon! :-)

This was my very first professional photoshoot, I won an online competition which reduced the cost of my shoot by about $500.

The photoshoot was extremely high quality and I had a fantastic time with the Cooper studio team. Not once did I feel uncomfortable, even when exposing myself for outfit changes.

I will forever treasure the experience I received and the quality artwork which was produced by the team.

For anyone hesitant due to the price, every moment of the shoot was worth it. I was also presented with the option to slowly pay off the fees which has worked out great for my partner and myself. I will definitely be returning some day!

I booked in for a glamour/boudoir shoot with the studio. My aim had been to regain some confidence with the shoot, with the hope that my photographer would give me some photos that made me look good.

My expectations were utterly blown away. Mandy did my hair and makeup. The time she invested in me showed in how flawless my hair and makeup ended up looking and how natural it looked as well.

Craig then came and discussed with me how I wanted my shoot to go and what kind of photos I was wanting. He actively listened, got a feel for me and what I was after and implemented this into the photo shoot. The photos Craig ended up showing me from the shoot were amazing. He told me they were raw, out of the camera, no touch up, no photoshop, unedited images, so I was a little anxious as to how they would look. I needn’t have worried. The images were absolutely stunning. I couldn’t believe that they were actually me. Craig has given me a massive gift in being able to value and appreciate myself and see how others possibly perceive me. I ended up choosing so many photos as I couldn’t decide which ones I loved more, and even ended up getting one to be an art piece as well. I’m so excited to have had this experience and cannot wait to get the photos so I can show them to everyone.

This was a truly uplifting experience and I’d fully recommend this to everyone who needs a bit of body positivity. Thank you, Craig, Jodie, Mandy and the rest of the team for such a magical experience.

The whole day at Cooper Studio was an incredible experience! We brought out dog Odie along with us and he was welcomed so warmly which was lovely. The photos we received a few days later were perfect and we can't wait to pop them up in the house to be looked at everyday!

I was incredibly nervous going in, Velvet made me feel at ease and I had a really great time with the shoot. It was hard to choose just 8 photos as they were photographed so well. I will definitely be recommending to anyone that asks!

I absolutely loved my pet photoshoot with Craig! It was loads of fun and Craig was very welcoming, it was a relaxing environment and Craig and Jodie were so great with my dog. I would highly recommend the experience to anyone that asked, It definitely won't be my last time!

We recently had a family photoshoot with Craig to celebrate and capture our child's first birthday. It was possibly one of the best experiences we have ever had. Craig was wonderful, and the photos were absolutely breathtaking. He was so patient with us and our baby and managed to take the most amazing photographs of us and our baby I have ever seen. Thank you so much for such a fantastic morning Craig, I would recommend you to anyone in a heartbeat. I can't stop thinking about the photos!

It was such a heart warming experience to have my dog photographed in such a beautiful way. Craig captured his personality beautifully and the experience far exceeded my expectations. 100% recommend and will definitely be back.

I won a "free" photoshoot with them. Turns out you had to pay a $50 deposit fee, which I did. When I couldn't go through with the shoot due to medial issues, they did not refund my booking fee, citing it was too short notice to cancel.

UPDATED: The owner, Craig, called me after reading my review to find out what went wrong. Essentially it was just miscommunication between myself and the studio (we each thought the other would ring to rebook). Craig offered me a refund or the opportunity to do the shoot with my deposit and voucher reinstated. He was very apologetic and helpful and made sure that I went away happy.

I'm now looking forward to doing the photoshoot in 8 weeks time! I can't wait! Excellent customer service from Cooper Studio in addressing complaints! Thank you so much! Good customer service is such a rarity these days.

All the staff were wonderfully friendly genuine people who made me feel comftable and welcome. They made it easy with their clear communication and answering many questions before I even had to ask. Explaining and talking me through the whole experience. From the initial phone call made with Craig when booking the appointment, to the day of the shoot with my increadable photographer Diane who made me feel comftable and at completely at ease.

This period has been a difficult time in my life and I went wanting to do something personal for myself and with the hope that they would capture some images that would make me feel beautiful. The whole shoot was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Diane made my experience really personal and memorable, it was so much fun throughout the session and I had a lot of laughs. At the viewing I was shocked by the photos and how astounding they were. I left feeling like she had captured the essence of who I am in the most beautiful way.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them if you want timeless, professional, top quality and increadable images.
