The Chicken Quesadillas are so nice!
The downside they are very expensive! $16+ for Meal and drink 😲.
They shouldn't prepack the side salsa because the tomato tastes aged one star down because of that otherwise 4 stars.
Pleasant staff everytime I've been.

I just left salsas Frankston with my order for my sister and i, and I was appalled at this blonde girls attitude towards me, no service manners what's so ever, i have never treated a worker in the fast food industry with disrespect until today, I don't appreciate how I was treated, nor do other people. I believe this worker needs some classes on how to be respectful.

Prepared quickly. Fake smile unconvincing. Was much less flavour than done burrito from Fountain Gate. I suspect they forgot a sauce. It was ok. Prepared quick. Served hot. Kitchen clean.

If the girl at the register wasn’t taking her own personal time to talk to a friend while people are standing and waiting to be served, I would otherwise be happy.

One day, in the future.. we will live in a world where Australia can serve real Mexican food with a real smile.
Until then: welcome to "Salsas"!
Flavorless, no cilantro, no authenticity and an overpriced meal that will leave a bitter taste and disappointment.
Does an authentic Mexican burrito have white rice? No.
So just do a favor for flavor and stay away.

The customer service and work ethics are extremely poor, soo unbelievably awful that it qualifies to be on "Ripley's believe it or not". I've gone to some shady-bad restaurants like "Oporto in Frankston" or "The Dumpling Garden in Cranbourne" but they are almost Gold Class Royalty in comparison to this restaurant.

-First of all, the staff members look like they are about to fall asleep.
-Second of all, a customer before me was treated like absolute garbage simply because she complained that their employees got her order wrong. The customer wasn't even mad or anything, she was actually talking to the employees in a calm and respectful manner. From what I gathered the customer asked them to remove an ingredient which she is allergic towards, the employee (the person who took the order) however ignored this request. When she confronted them about this, the manager literally asked her "what's the big deal? Why can't you just take it out yourself?"
I mean it's bad enough that you've made a mistake, but it's even worse when you arguing with the customer instead of apologising.
-Third of all, the employees need to be retrained or something because more than half the time they were going back and fixing mistakes from previous orders. This is wasting a lot of time and resources; have they done their duties correctly on the first time than they wouldn't need to backtrack over and over.
-Fourth of all, the wait time is extremely long. I had to wait also 10 minutes after I placed my order. If the employee who took my order told me that there is going to take 10-15 minutes wait time then I wouldn't mind, but to say that "it will be done shortly" means that it shouldn't take almost 10 minutes. If other restaurants say that "it will be done shortly" then they mean maximum wait time will be 2-3 minutes.

The food however was good. The burrito was well made, there was no dripping of sauces or anything. It was packed equally so there wasn't anyplace where it was hollow or overpacked, it was just perfect. The chips were quite large, was well seasoned and was quite crunchy.

All and all, the food here is good. This place really does hold something that's really different from everything else. Like this is a place where you just have to say the name and people will automatically know where it is.
However since they don't something as dangerous as food allergies very seriously, that is something quite concerning. Like they are very lucky that the customer before me didn't have to be hospitalised because of the allergy, because these guy's would've been facing a very high lawsuit. Soo pretty much dine here at your own risk.
