Stripped my locknut key while changing my tyres for me and didn't tell me about it or give a discount/replacement.
I didn't realise until after I got back home to Victoria a few days later.
Charged me $150 for two cheap second hand tyres and did that :(

Told me they had the part and when i drove an hour to get there they said it was now unavailable due to broken mounts
