Rustic Country Cafe

Enjoyed a great lunch, the chicken tenders are so juicy, and have a great flavoured coating. The battered and crumbed fish were very moist. Friendly and welcoming staff and great service.

Very nice place to have a delicious meal.
The food is of good quality and very tasteful.
Customer service is exceptional.
They have a menu that caters for gluten free and vegan dietary requirements with no compromise on taste.

We found this excellent cafe whilst staying in the Mannum caravan park for two nights. My friend and I had our dinners and breakfasts there. I can’t speak highly enough about this cafe, even though the staff were busy, they took the time to smile and acknowledge the customers as they walked in.

If you order the fish and chips, I guarantee that you won’t be disappointed,, the staff have the art of cooking flavour filled battered/ crumbed fish which isn’t overcooked or dried out. All our meals were delicious, extremely filling and prices were good too. We will definitely be back

Ordered a supreme pizza, was one of the best I have had. It had great toppings which were not overdone. Well done guys.

Had an overnight stay in Mannum.
Had a look online for somewhere to eat and came across Rustic Country Cafe.
We sat in the car in front of the store, reading the digital menu to see what we could have.
Sharni, a staff member, came out with a menu offering an easier option.
We ordered the Rustic Fisherman's Catch for 3, thinking it would be a good sized meal for 2 (haha)
OMG it was huge and definitely only needed it for 2 people.
The calamari was cooked to perfection, not stringy, extremely tasty.
The prawns & scallops were cooked beautifully and were extremely tasty.
The fish was well cooked, moist and tender.
The chips and salad were great too.

The staff were lovely but special mention to Sharni.
She would definitely be an asset to the business.
We will come back next time we are in Mannum.

I ordered the dim sim and green curry with chicken and can hands down say that those where some of the best dim sim I have eaten. I will definitely be going there again to fill that craving!
And the Green curry was beautiful, perfect amount of flavour and spice

Sam, David and the rest of the team should be commended for their great efforts with the cafe so far! The new take on the chicken is amazing, with a perfect balance of flavour and crunch! Not to mention, the chips are fresh, cooked perfectly and as tasty as ever!

On top of that, the environment is a welcoming one in which customers feel welcome and valued. Keep up the amazing work guys, we're loving it! 😆

We ate here on 3 different occasions while on deployment from QLD, all we wanted was a hotdog but we were told we could only have a burger. Then, the lady wouldnt give us our food until we left a google review.......nah just kidding. The food was sensational and the staff were even better! A must visit if in town.

My partner and I Came to Mannum for a little get away. saw this place on the way to our way to the house so decided to come for breakfast the next day. Staff were super friendly and nice. Was very surprised that they had a lactose free option for cheese and butter which made us both even happier. we both had bacon and egg and cheese rolls that were absolutely amazing and were so good in fact that we had to come back again the next day for more. would 100% recommend to anyone down in mannum for a holiday and we will definitely be back again.

Was looking for a friendly family type place after our last regular place closed down, this place with the friendly staff fitted that bill before we even got close to ordering.

To top it off the menu has just the right amount of variety and value for money full of flavour. And to finish off an amazing coffee. All in walking distance of the main shops to walk it all off afterwards. Thank you so much.

Fantastic food, best gravy and chips down south. perfect place to get your breakfast, lunch or dinner if you are on holiday or even just live there all thanks to their menu with a wide variety of hot foods for everyone. The owners are welcoming, very hospital, and are willing to chat, they are so nice that they went out of their way to look around and find jobs around the area for me & my family.

This cafe offers a large range of dietary requirements and is very accommodating with modifying their menu. Staff are vibrant and welcoming. So much so we have made this a regular local business to support. Sam and David you work so hard and deserve your family run business to succeed.
