Birch and Willow Florist supplied my daughters wedding with the most amazing flowers! The bridal parties bouquets were simply stunning. Louise and her team have outstanding customer service- they were always ready to listen to our needs, answered questions promptly and made our experience stress free:) Well done!

Ordered from Birch and Co online. I could not have asked for anything more appropriate and beautiful, recipricant absolutley loved them! And delivered for only $10 to Canberra.

I needed flowers delivered to a friend in Yass ASAP so I searched for a florist online and came across Birch and Willow. I visited their website and under Contact & Hours it said that online ordering was available 24/7 but I couldn't see any further info or a link. I emailed them to find out how to proceed but before receiving a response, came across their page on Direct2florist and placed a same-day order for over $100.

10 HOURS later I received a response from them saying they now only do events! Nothing on the Birch and Willow website suggests that they're no longer a regular florist and their business page on Direct2florist was very much active. This means that I'm now stuck waiting for a refund from Direct2florist, and more importantly my friend is without a flower delivery and I have to spend more time finding another option.

A website exists to provide all necessary information to potential customers, so it would be great if it was kept up-to-date.

Placed an order and 2 days later the flowers still hadn’t been delivered. The following day they advised they had been when they hadn’t. I would never use this florist again!
