Woolworths Yass

I don't like the new mixture for the seafood marinara where it seems the manager is determined to throw in salmon off cuts and hand loads of parsley. Is this some kind of profit increasing exercise? I don't like the new formula for the marinara, and definitely don't like having heaps of parsley shoved on me to increase a single individual's budget. Apart from that, the veteran staff are fantastic, and the mentoring they seem to impart on the younger ones are very obvious in their attitude to silly old fellas like me.

The staff are friendly and I appreciate that they work so we can continue to shop and eat during the pandemic. Anyone giving them a hard time needs a reminder of this.

It was very clean, tidy and lots of stock on the shelves as most stores are! Cashier very friendly and wonderful to be able to be served.👌
I hate the self check outs! Will stop shopping if no cashiers available. 😫

Just want to say that your team member Rosemary was exceptional in her customer service , we're from out of town and better service than I get from my woolies. She deserves recognition

went there to buy a bottle of prime and it was all out, went to the manager to force her to check in the back and she shot me 14 times in the chest

The staff was so good and specially The Trolly guy Ali was so helpful and honest . I had left my bag in the trolley . there were important Documents and some money in the bag . He gave me everything back and save my life . Thanks Ali you are awesome.
And Thanks to the Woolworth staff .

I want to make a special comment about Mr Ali the guy who is in charge of the trolleys. I have known this guy for the past 3 years and he is one of the most hard-working person who has stuck to this job and done it perfectly.

Always good specials and pleasant helpful staff. Got to shop local. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Staff are always friendly despite being understaffed. Layout of the store is good. However variety of certain items have dramatically reduced.
