Great food! Recommended is the roast of the day meal. It's always great and very reasonable prices wise. The roast veggies are very good too.
A long drive needs good solid meal to carry you thru the day. The dtaff ate always really nice and friendly people.

Fantastic! We were desperate for something warm for lunch when the temp outside was 5c ,(with a feels like temp of -6.7c!!) We weren't disappointed. The bacon and egg rolls were so hot and fresh and the cappuccino and latte were a perfect temp and so nice. BUT The thing that really stood out was the staff. The sound of hearing your name repeated back to you, then again when I collected my order, with "have a nice day, Ingrid" - it is something we rarely hear!

Beautiful service, wonderful food, lovely atmosphere. The wait time for my order was really quick. The coffee was superb and the prices are extremely good. The employees on shift were very welcoming, and kept and upbeat attitude. Everything looked fresh and well cooked. Great place to stop by, on a long drive. 👍👍👍

Called in on Easter Sunday, as only one Cafe open in town. We got wonderful quick service with good breakfasts which were very filling but not sper super sized, in other words not lousy.. stop revived our spirits. Happy to call in again.

Was a lovely surprise to find fragrant Indian curries cooked by an Indian chef on the premises. Best Butter Chicken I've had in a long time! Beats the fast food options by a mile! I'll be heading back there any time I'm traveling on the Hume.

Good coffee when you need a lift after hours of driving.
Also chose a few hot snacks which were quickly prepared fresh.

The service is friendly and prompt.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST STEAK SANDWICH! I kid you not. Located at a good service station and along the main road from Melbourne to Sydney.

Don't know how many there are, but I have stopped at two and their food is always top notch, coffee is really good.

If you are making the trip either way, give Maccas and KFC a miss and treat yourself to some quality, home-style cooking.

Myself and a few of my mates used to stop here on our way either to or from a club ride through the state forests in the ACT or organised event ride out at Kowen Forest. We always ordered the "uphill grill". It was one of the biggest and best mixed grill I've ever had. They made sure there was always plenty on your plate. If you decided that you would rather go to McDonald's, you obviously weren't prepared to have a good quality traditional Australian meal served up to you. Top quality huge sized Australian meals. Definitely worth turning off the Hume for.

Stopped over here a couple times on my travels. The ham, cheese and tomato toasties are nice, as long as you keep them hot so the cheese is runny I'll come back!

The Coffee is decent, but I'm not going to whine that I'm not getting A+++ coffee on a road house in regional NSW. It's a road house.

I like how the owner asks to be reviewed with a sticker at the front, it shows they're keen.

Reading the reviews, it's good to see the owner APPEARS to be improving things based on people's feedback.

I also want to say that Sheila that gave a 1 star review for her tainted soy coffee. Wow, just wow...

All in all, a decent roadhouse with options.

Has a great selection of snack style foods or for the more hungry in you,there us a sit down cafe style restaurant with plenty of delicious items on the menu with a take away option available . Open 24 hours it is a conveniently located site and your family will enjoy the break.

I was amazed to find a decent selection of vegetarian food at a roadside stop, there's usually very limited options for me to eat. The staff were really friendly too, it's a good place to stop.

A great stop along the highway, good hardy food to fill you up plus extensive vegetarian, and indian inspired menu for those inclined. Everything from breakfast meals, burgers and awesome dinner plates.

I'm a truck driver and have been staying all over the east cost ave have visited several coolabah tree cafes, always receiving good service but this morning Anthony at the Yass service centre made my day cheers mate can't thank you enough, see ya next week have a great Easter weekend
