Simply divine. Came in to buy food and bleed the lizard, and seriously... there are like heaps of cubical and no cues. It's unreal. The food is superb, simply divine and couldn't fault the service, simply because it's a computer that you order from. Bloody brilliant. Well done guys.

Yass McDonald's is a very busy site on the highway and despite being extremely busy the staff did well to serve everyone in a timely manner. The food was fresh and of a high standard. A good place to stop for a quick bite or drive through on your road trip.

The food was ready 2 minutes after ordering and it was hot. I have never seen any McDonald's so fast. Definitely worth a 5-star review.

I noticed every maccas I've been to has lost on how to deliver customer service. It wasn't busy on my visit, staff are rude. I'm just happy i got fresh fries cause i always tend to take fries back to get fresh ones. Toilet good do woth a freshener, smelt of urine.

Good mcdonald's that was being thoroughly cleaned during visit. Adequately staffed and minimal wait despite Hugh volume traffic.

Plenty of parking outside for small and large vehicles and trailers.

We only had coffee ,it was the best we have had from a McDonald's out let for a very long time ,highly recommend it 👌

Big improvement to my previous visits. The shop and amenities were all clean as previously both were disgusting for a busy business.

Charlotte (i think is a trainer) served me and my elderly father. She was super patient with my dad while we made our order and helped explain what options he had to choose from. She's an asset to the Yass Mcdonalds, give her a raise or a crisp high five or something 😁

The service was friendly, food arrived as ordered and coffee very good.
The young man who took our order was polite, friendly and showed interest in us the customers. Our food was hot and exactly to our requirements and the coffee made quickly but good quality in taste and hot.
Toilets clean and soap at hand basin full and ready for use.

Altogether a place you'd want to stop at in the future. 🥰

You have set the bar high with your customer service. My family were traveling to Melbourne for a sad occasion
And the lady that serves us at the drive through was absolutely lovely and made our day. She was happy and had such a good vibe about her. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but we spoke to the manager and told him she deserves employee of the month. Manager said she already got this. Well she needs to get the employee of the Year. Thank you lovely for giving us a good start to our trip.
